WPB serves lunch Tuesday through Friday. While there is only one choice, it changes everyday and is generally good. Often, they serve Knoephla soup on Thursdays which is very popular, however their egg salad sandwiches are also very good. Also tough to not leave without picking up one of their fritters.

Very excellent baked goods and a great variety. It's in such a historic downtown building too. It's really a beautiful spot. I had a very yummy sour cream donut. My mom had soup and a sandwich. The service isn't very friendly otherwise a great stop.

My fiancé and I stopped here for breakfast on our way to Minnesota and the service was absolutely terrible. The first lady who approached us was insanely rude and rushing us to order, (we were the only people there). I would understand if we were holding up a line, but that wasn’t the case. Hospitality and service is certainly not their forte. Do not recommend!!

We live in Nj and my son moved to ND a few years ago. My daughter and I haven’t seen him in about 2 years . When he lived in Nj our tradition was, I would take them out to dinner on their Birthdays to celebrate.
However, My son living in Valley City, ND that wouldn’t be possible now, so I asked for recommendations and researched bakeries near him in Valley City. From the reviews and a friend of his recommendation
I selected Wild Premeir Bakery. I wanted to send him a birthday cake his favorite ( cheesecake)
This Bakery is amazing and the people who work there !!!
I IM’d the Bakery from Facebook and also called to set up getting a cheesecake delivered the next day by a certain time and they were awesome !! Great communication!!
Needless to say they delivered the cheesecake mini’s to my son ontime as promised even after having to go back because he wasn’t home ! 🥴
I spoke to my son later that night and told me he had already eaten 5 of the 12 mini cheesecakes 😳.

I had the privilege of stopping in Valley City for a few days and absolutely HAD to try this quaint little bakery. Clearly a local favorite and I can see (and taste) why. So many bussin donut flavors and other tasty treats (mini pies, muffins…). And the pumpkin spice donut? AhhhMazing!!
