Went through drive thru Saturday August 3rd 2024
Around 6:30PM

IN OSGOOD!

Teenage Kids taking order over the intercom drive thru

Talking too co workers while trying too take customers order
Can't multi task
I Found it rude that these kids are laughing talking in background whole entire time I politely calmly placed my order
Using a forceful voice give me a Strawberry milkshake

Order 2 meals was about too
Order a 3rd meal got told too pull ahead

I stayed calm patient teenage kids still laughing in background
I said I am not done ordering would like 1 more meal please

Teenage boy taking my order says rudely disrespectful
Well fine then WHAT YOU WANT?

I paid Fries were the only thing good on 3 meals
Cheese curds were cold
3 cheeseburgers were also all cold
Cheese wasn't even melted
Meat was COLD
BURGERS WERE NOT COOKED!
Most disgusting burgers ?

HELLO FOOD POISIONING!

HELLO OSHA NEEDS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION IMMEDIATELY!

Young man that handed me our order was the only individual who thanked me
Have a good night
Made sure we had everything
He is the only one who deserves any acknowledgment

Ordered a medium onion ring and got a small portion in a medium box. Onion rings were literally 1 inch below the edge of the container. 20 minutes to get my order.

Closed the drive through by 8:30 pm on a Friday night! Who does that anymore? Our local DQ closes at 11pm.

The food was super hot & got it so fast. They looked short staffed, but they did a great job!

Not terrible, but oddly lost in time in terms of food, but ahead of time in terms of prices. Honestly DQ was always expensive, but 2 blizzards cost about 16-18 dollars - I can get 2 pints of Ben and Jerry’s which is at least real iced cream for around 6-8 dollars. It’s not that you don’t get a good product, it’s just not even close to what it’s priced at.Just for comparison the iced cream cones are somewhere around 5 dollars, but you can get the same thing (no chocolate dip option) at McDonald’s for under 2 dollars a cone!

As I sit here and wait for the rest of my order inside the restaurant , someone with the Dairy Queen employee shirt comes in with another lady in pajama pants, and a little girl. They all stroll into the back into the kitchen/employee only area, and I hear the little girl grabbing stuff…not the thing I wanna see @ restaurants ?
