Ordered a sub through the app. Since it was flatbread and that can't be toasted anymore, I put in a note to please toast the meat and cheese. Got the sandwich, very dry hardly and of the sauces I ordered, cold meat and cheese, AND, they even bother to cut the sandwich in half as a footlong should be. I don't understand how consistently this store gets orders wrong. Managers, please train your staff.

If I could give a negative stars I would. Went to this location this morning at 10:45 as I was driving through. I told a couple people at his morning I’d pick up lunch. Went to the counter to order 7 subs. The worker started complaining and told me I needed to call 24 hours in advance if I was going to order 7 subs. I told him if it was too much trouble I could go somewhere else, told me to go go somewhere else. Doesn’t make any sense. If a family of 5 went in to order 5 6” subs would he have expected them to call in 24 hours in advance? What a joke….oh yeah forgot to mention I was the only one in there. Terrible customer service.

We did not get food. Came in at 8:30 and they closed at 9- they refused to serve us- extremely rude- will never go back stated “I will make you a 6” but we will not make you any foot longs” they were not out of supplies and still open another 1/2 hour. I have never been talked to so rudely at a restaurant

I have always supported the Wahpeton Subway until now. I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, black olives and lettuce online and I received none of that. I even left a tip while placing my online order. Very disappointed.

Unprofessional manager reaching out to me after finding me on facebook after posting my google review. Maybe do your job right and dont be so rude!!! Working in customer service takes patience and kindness!! Far from what ronald and nicole provide!!! They believe people have vendettas against them instead of taking account for their actions!

Worst Subway worst food, WORST MANAGER. when returning a soggy wet bread sandwich with wrong cheese etc... An angry unkempt UNprofessional blonde manager forced her young staff to LIE repeatedly, she made them say, THAT she left, so she could hide in back. . Poor kids... ( after she JUST told us to come in) , she called the POLICE.. We decided to wait for them, PD were professional?
