Sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and an empty dining room. When we finally got to the window, the girl doing the drive-through danced around while running her fingers through her hair over and over again for about 10 minutes before she came and took my payment!!! Not impressed at all!!

They were told no lettuce and no tomatoes as I am allergic to tomatoes and there was like 3 pieces of chicken in my burrito otherwise it was all lettuce and potato olays. This is not the first time they have messed up on my order so I will not be going there no more.

waited 10 minutes at the window to pay, waited 13 minutes to get 4 cold tacos, all while watching everyone stand around goofing off
This place is an actual waste of space. I went there today and I asked for a 6 pack and a pound half soft half hard with tomatoes on all 2 sour creams and mild and ketchup packets and 2 drinks . I paid asked nicely that they didn’t forget the sauces and everything I received 6 hard tacos that were stale and old I waited asked for my drinks cause they forgot they also didn’t give me sauce then tried charging me for packets then instead of mild gave me hot sauce. I was going to call and get a refund but this happened a few months ago the last time we went there and they said they sent the refund that I never even got. 10/10 don’t reccomend you would pay the same amount for el toro and there foods actually good

Absolutely terrible. I walk in and the song “Abg” is blasting saying “n***3r” every other word! Whoever owns this place should be ashamed and I will be contacting corporate due to the nasty music blasting. Feel free to contact me about my experience.
