I love Taco John's. This Taco John's is terrible. How do you not have beef at 6:30pm on a Sunday? Is the warmer for the beef broken? The last three trips they actually had beef, it was colder than the lettuce.

My friend and I came and got a cheese quesadilla and potato oles. He quesadilla was not warm, the cheese was not melted and there were little bits of lettuce In it, last I checked there was not supposed to be lettuce in it. The oles were fine

$7.00 for a 1/3 of a taco salad is ridiculous. I used to be a taco John’s fan, but I don’t think I’ll be going back anymore. Spent seven dollars for a third of a taco salad. See picture. Very disappointed

The workers don’t know how to read drive through and in store take out orders. They gave my order to the driver through person instead of me and I had to wait a extra 20 minutes because they didn’t know how to read the screen in the back and it isn’t that hard to read a screen that says in store take out and drive through.

The whole place was so dirty. Even the counter top. Our meat was ice cold and when we told them the lady shrugged her shoulders and held her hands up like...ya we know. Did nothing about it. No ice for pop. Hard shell tacos we ordered were soft shelled tacos. Taco salad the meat was cold, no tomatoes, no sour cream, 1/4 of the shell had meat cheese lettuce only. So very disgusting. Would NOT recommend

Staff were great but the drive through AI screwed up my order. To TJ HQ, please get rid of the AI
It took me 30 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. Also my salad had little to no lettuce. The in accuracy of their AI system really stinks. The quality of service has kept going down hill. Not impressed.

Didn’t get our full order and when we asked for the rest of it, the girl on the counter rolled her eyes and just dropped the bag. She was also being very mean to her coworker. Anytime anyone spoke to the women who rolled her eyes she spoke without care and with annoyance. For a non busy hour she was making the atmosphere very uncomfortable for the children and families that were there. Customer service needs a drastic change. This occurred on 5/31/25
