Every time We go.to your drive through the order is always cold and not what I ordered to many mistakes bad service cold food I will not be going to Taco John's ever teach people how to listen maybe the service will get better@

The whole place was so dirty. Even the counter top. Our meat was ice cold and when we told them the lady shrugged her shoulders and held her hands up like...ya we know. Did nothing about it. No ice for pop. Hard shell tacos we ordered were soft shelled tacos. Taco salad the meat was cold, no tomatoes, no sour cream, 1/4 of the shell had meat cheese lettuce only. So very disgusting. Would NOT recommend

It took me 30 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. Also my salad had little to no lettuce. The in accuracy of their AI system really stinks. The quality of service has kept going down hill. Not impressed.

Didn’t get our full order and when we asked for the rest of it, the girl on the counter rolled her eyes and just dropped the bag. She was also being very mean to her coworker. Anytime anyone spoke to the women who rolled her eyes she spoke without care and with annoyance. For a non busy hour she was making the atmosphere very uncomfortable for the children and families that were there. Customer service needs a drastic change. This occurred on 5/31/25

I was the only customer there (that should have been a red flag for me) yet they still couldn't get my order correct. And the staff was definitely not the friendliest!
I make the drive from Fargo because tbh it’s worth it. Specifically my last trip tho was wonderful. I like to order my super potato Ole’s separated so when I get back to Fargo I can assemble them and they are soggy. The staff bagged everything up individually without hesitation, Everyone working there was so nice, the girl working the counter deserves a raise. She accommodated my order and was a gem. My order was perfect and delicous!

Sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and an empty dining room. When we finally got to the window, the girl doing the drive-through danced around while running her fingers through her hair over and over again for about 10 minutes before she came and took my payment!!! Not impressed at all!!
