Called in order to go, told 30 minutes, got there said will be little bit, 45 minutes later, never once offered beverage….arrived home missing a beer cheese dip
This used to be my favorite place ever. I was a frequent guest from 2014 to 2019. I left North Dakota and came back this year in 2024. WTF happened to this place? The fries are not the same, quality of food has gone down, quality of service has gone down and prices went way up. I knew something was wrong when I walked in and it wasn't busy. It used to be difficult to get into this place. So sad to see this happen. I don't think I'll be coming back.
Had a decent first visit Saturday night... burgers were delicious, waitress was average and disappeared for a while when our beers were empty. We attempted to take family back a 2nd time tonight at 9:15pm however, we were greeted by the same waitress in a very rude manner. It was clear they no longer wished to be there so made up a story it would be an hour or more wait for food. (10 people max in the restaurant at the time).
