I've been to the Watford city subway twice in the last wk and they've only had white bread , they didn't have half the food out and it was an hr and a half before closing not impressed

I work for door dash and watched them ignore all online orders even with me physically in line, and in person trying to help my customers. Ky was rudest of them all. Physically turned his back on me when I asked for management.

Customer service was terrible. Employees were extremely rude. Got our food home from an online order and they didn’t put ANY sauces that were order on one of our sandwiches. On another left off on of the sauces for it. Only thing that they got right on our order was the kids sandwich.

Bought my food opened my chips found out in the parking lot that they were stale. Asked if I could trade for a new chips that aren’t stale and the lady said no cause they were opened. Wish I didn’t tip 20%.

Girl at the counter was like 12 and talked to herself the entire time a bit unpleasant when u just want your sandwich. Didn't seem to know what went on any sandwich except bread.

Had the worst experience there when dealing with a fast food chain. I won't get into it here, but I will say I contacted corporate and they still have yet to even return an email. Won't go back.

It was a Subway. Don't think the product ever changes from one to the other. Food was good. Menu prices were incorrect to add a drink and cookies. Also going to restroom and seeing a sign that says "all employees must wash hands before returning to work" but there was no soap dispenser, so I guess that meant they needed to rinse off there hands???

Ordered online and drove down from work. Got there and said they were out of what I ordered(i understand that) couldn’t give me a refund and told me to come in next day( I ain’t got time for that) emailed subway and owner said he would mail refund. No refund so I would be careful doing business here especially online ordering and if you want your money back kiss it goodbye.

Had all chairs put up on tables and were talking about locking the doors at 7:45 despite signs and Google listing saying they were open til 8. Kept whispering about more customers coming in just after us. Then after making our three subs, they told us they don't take coupons. The cashier said it says so on the door but I took photos of the door and there is NO SIGN saying they do not take coupons. I would have spent $45 on real food at another restaurant if I had known they don't take coupons. The entire interaction was extremely poor customer service.
