I asked for marinara sauce 3 times and still never received it. My whopper was so cold I was scared to eat it and…. I’ve been in food service for 14 years. This place scares me.

This Burger King is incapable of fulfilling an order accurately. Went there several times, order messed up or burned black buns. If you can go to any of the other Burger Kings in town, do it. You'll regret going here.

Slow service when it’s completely dead and food didn’t taste right either. All the BKs are like this. I don’t know how they any still open. Is this just a giant money laundering place. No way they are making money.

My food must have just been sitting there for the half-hour I waited. Currently using a microwave for food that should have already been warm. I won't be back, and yall should seriously consider shutting the doors.

Sat at the drive thru menu for 28 minutes waiting to order. Ended up having to back out of the drive thru line and just leave....
Hit drive through for lunch. Menu board was not working, The lady taking payment was not friendly, they forgot straws and napkins. Had to pull us up to wait for order. Food was hot and correct as ordered.

Burger Kings are failing in this town but this particular store is still holding strong. Only if you go during the dayshift though! Dinner and beyond, good luck! Customer service and food quality seem to dip significantly during the evening shifts it seems.
The food is usually pretty fresh but for some reason, the chicken fries are cold and hard af most of the time. I don't know if they just make a bunch then let them sit until they get an order or what.

I usually stop at this place once a week, until today I paid the order online and went through the drive throu I was told to go to next second window.
I waited about 5 minutes someone came out and handed me a wrong order, I told them it’s not my order, I ordered one burger and one fries. I was told to wait right by the trash can, I have waited for 20 minutes, and I see people behind me picking up their orders.
This is ridiculous I couldn’t wait longer I just left, they just ignored me , I didn’t like the way they treated me.

They can't get an order right. Completely incompetent employees. Go to McDonald's...You have a better chance of getting your order right there.

The food looked better than the advertised pictures they have presented. If you really want a real burger 🍔 I would highly recommend ordering one here and to the staff great job. I really appreciate it hadn't had a burger like that in awhile God bless.

I was originally scheduled an interview at 2pm last minute they scheduled me for 430pm I showed up to also be told again that it will still be a bit longer but in the mean time the employees were out back smoking in a car the store was not busy or just talking and laughing with each other thru a headset. The place is not go there stuff together at all. And if you are looking for employment here good luck. Negative environment.

Ordered in the drive thru a BACON CHEESE burger only ketchup and mayo… got no cheese or bacon… tried to call them twice and they answered and hung up… every time i go burger king it’s trash!! i won’t be going back. thanks for wasting my time and money
