Was doing DoorDash and got hungry so I stopped here. For a chicken wrap . The place was very dirty the food looked a bit molested and dry . The lady at the window was rude and was unhygienic :( I didn’t want to eat my wrap just by the way the two workers looks very dirty and filthy the guys hair was dragging on his shoulder his jacket was touching the food :( unkept the food had hair in it a straight brown hair strand. I like the chicken at BK but my god I felt like throwing up coming here . I wouldn’t recommend coming here . No offense to the store I’m sure u did ur best….

25minutes in drive-thru got wrong food tried to go in to fix they all hid
Waited for 12 minutes for drive through to take my order. No card in front of me! Apparently they didn't hear the buzzer.
When I received my meal, it was the wrong meal. When asked for a refund, was told I would need to talk to a manager the following day. Wasn't even offered to replace my meal the the correct order.
You will be in the lane forever!! I’m never coming back to this location.
I have been here 3 times and it always takes forever. (20 minutes minimum). Pretty sure every employee from management to new hire is incompetent. They stand and talk, star at the walls and barely work. If they got paid by the job they'd make like $3/ hr. Definitely the worst Burger King I've ever been too and I will never return.
I ordered for pickup on the app & came in 25 minutes later after placing the order. They couldn’t find my order for 5 minutes. & when they found my order they placed me at the end of the line and told me there were ten orders ahead of me. Offered me to sit & wait, which is all I could do at that point. The order took 30 minutes to complete & they had to remake it all fresh because they gave it to someone at the drive thru which took another 10 minutes. At least the workers were nice.. stressed but courteous nonetheless.

Went through the drive thru process, waited for 10 minutes after I got a “Welcome to Burger King” and put in my order…wasn’t even busy…
I asked for marinara sauce 3 times and still never received it. My whopper was so cold I was scared to eat it and…. I’ve been in food service for 14 years. This place scares me.

This Burger King is incapable of fulfilling an order accurately. Went there several times, order messed up or burned black buns. If you can go to any of the other Burger Kings in town, do it. You'll regret going here.

Slow service when it’s completely dead and food didn’t taste right either. All the BKs are like this. I don’t know how they any still open. Is this just a giant money laundering place. No way they are making money.

My food must have just been sitting there for the half-hour I waited. Currently using a microwave for food that should have already been warm. I won't be back, and yall should seriously consider shutting the doors.
