I have been up this Burger King several times over the years and the last year especially I have encountered such kind friendly staff!

A couple months ago I was in the drive thru and a staff handed me a crown and told me I was queen for the day.

Fast forward to today, one staff handed me my food and another team member came to the window and asked if I wanted a crown. 👑
He truly brightened my day!

They probably hand out the crowns often. But as an adult, it made me feel the nostalgia of going to Burger King with my grandma & grandpa and getting crowns when I was a kid.

Thank you to this great team for going the extra mile!

OK, hear me out. I haven’t been to Burger King in 5+ years and I was hangry and it was basically life or death. I walked in expecting just a WhopperJr, but instead I got royal treatment. I mean McDonalds doesn't write my name on the burger wrapper. The fries were golden perfection(only complaint is I needed more salt but I have an unhealthy addiction to salt) the coke freestyle machine was a soda heaven(every flavor was available 🤯) The guy at the counter insisted I take a crown so now you guys officially have a review by royalty. 10/10 recommend Burger King

We waited at the cash register for quite a while as people rushed around behind the counter. Thet were obviously busy. I thought it odd that no one said, we will be with you in a minute. We just stood there - then a gal stepped up to the cash register and took our order. She was pleasant enough.

Horrible service, I do not recommend going to this location. Sat in the drive thru for around 20 minutes before someone finally took our order. They made us repeat the order numerous times, which we later found out was incorrect. When we finally pulled up to the window, they had the audacity to make us pull forward and wait for our food. By the time we got our food, it wasn't right. What we repeated numerous times at the window wasn't all there. Went in to chew the manager out and get the rest of our order to get a pity apology and nothing more. I've had experiences at other Burger Kings where the store gives a genuine apology, sometimes offering a free ice cream. This was quite the opposite. The store wasn't busy, nor did they appear understaffed. The store manager was laughing with an employee in another language after the conversation, clearly not caring about the service they offered. Go to another location, please.. or a McDonalds.

Went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes to be helped. There were no other cars at the drive thru and two people inside who had already been served. They then had us pull forward and wait again. Looking at the orders they had a total of 3 orders, including ours and food delivery apps. Manager was extremely dismissive and staff were laughing while apologizing.

Don’t go to this location I tried to change my order and they got an attitude and pressured me into not changing it. I only wanted to change the burger. Very pissed off

Went for French Toast Sticks and a Croissandwich...
No syrup.
Staff was slammed and slow (a bad combination in fact food)
Kitchen was a bit ramshackle in appearance.
Breakfast took 18 minutes to receive ... And I walked in VS using the drive through.

I've had plenty of great experiences (well, great as fast food goes.) at Burger King in the past...
This was not one of those.
I don't blame the staff - they were doing the best they could staffed as they were with a line of cars and a lobby full of folks.

But someone running the place who wasn't behind the counter, doesn't seem to have a handle on it. No syrup? Really? Yeah folks run out of things... But they have only 1 item that would use it (French Toast Sticks) so I doubt there was a run on it. And the staffing level wasn't commensurate with the size of the crowd for Sunday breakfast.

Ordered it dine in - but ended with take out since syrup was available at home. 😁

They can do better.

I ordered my food on the app in the parking lot and went in. I waited for 40 minutes for my food. I had to ask for my food, and the worker grabbed my sandwiches. They had apparently been sitting there for a while, as the food was not warm anymore. This will be the last time I visit this restaurant. My wife was in the car and is borderline diabetic. She almost passed out from the wait.

Very low quality experience. My wait time was unreasonable and the order accuracy was not good. I had to repeat my order several times and items were both wrong and missed. I ordered two meals and a promotional item and received the wrong sized sides and didn't receive my mozzarella sticks.
