This is my favorite caribou to go to in Fargo—if you go during the morning/early afternoon. As the day carries on, the service is on a steady decline. I have seen the whole place in shambles with employees chatting behind the counter while tables and floors are dirty. I have had an employee smash chairs into my table to mop (2-3 hours before close mind you). And this most recent round I was told they could not warm my food because “we closed down the warmer for the night”....

Place was not cleaned up very well especially the bathrooms were disgusting. The toilets were not touched in a long time the sink has a nasty film all over it and trash on the floor

This is my favorite Caribou location. I love the decor with a warm, sweet atmosphere. The seating is flexible for you, for a small group, or a large group. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to rewards, your order, and suggestions.
