I haven't eaten a cookie this good in years. I picked the Cowboy cookie because it had a pecan, and it was very good. The cookie is evenly cooked all the way through, not soggy like other stuffed desserts. The shop has indoor seating, but it also right next to the POW MIA plaza, so you can eat outside too.

The stuffed cookies are good right out of the case, but to make them even better I’ve started nuking mine in the microwave and they are just delicious.
