Had my friend pick-up cookies for me last week. The worker was so helpful and patient as my friend called me to let me choose. We got one of each cookie. They were DELICIOUS! I will definitely be getting more the next time I am in town. My favorites were the stuffed churro, almond croissant, and lemon.

I haven't eaten a cookie this good in years. I picked the Cowboy cookie because it had a pecan, and it was very good. The cookie is evenly cooked all the way through, not soggy like other stuffed desserts. The shop has indoor seating, but it also right next to the POW MIA plaza, so you can eat outside too.
