I haven't eaten a cookie this good in years. I picked the Cowboy cookie because it had a pecan, and it was very good. The cookie is evenly cooked all the way through, not soggy like other stuffed desserts. The shop has indoor seating, but it also right next to the POW MIA plaza, so you can eat outside too.

I ordered Hawaiian-themed sugar cookies for team time at my daughter's dance nationals competition and I was speechless at how adorable they turned out. They were not just cookies, they were art!... that we could eat and they were delicious! Everyone loved them and couldn't believe how cute they were.
