Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Asked for a chicken strip sandwich with extra mayo, and a 6- piece sauced and tossed basket. The basket was hardly sauced at all, and all the fries were burnt. The chicken strip sandwich only had ONE chicken strip on it and it was mostly breading and obviously very flat. A employee was supposed to enter in a gift card, didn’t know how, and walked away and did not come back. I was a manager at a Dairy Queen for three years. Very angry and disappointed. 0/10 experience

They are very short with you. The girl handing the food to me at the window almost dropped it because she wasn’t even looking. I said thank you and she said yep and shut the window.

I have come here a few times now. Each time I am pretty disappointed. When I order 4 piece tenders or 6 piece, they always tend to not give me the full amount I paid for. Tell me why this keeps happening? Why am I getting for less than what I paid for? Why is the wait taking so long for me to receive tenders, yet you cannot spend the time to at least count how many placed in the basket. As an establishment, it needs to be addressed, believe it or not. Counting is not difficult if the number is 4.

Always a surprise here! One week you can get a dipped cone, the next week they won’t! They could use some training for sure!

On my lunch break waited in line for 20 minutes, a line of four people. Ended up just walking out. They had plenty of employees just moving much too slowly, seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. The drive-thru looked like it was going pretty quickly however

Had the worst tasting ice cream in the form of a blizzard in my whole life

I did a custom cake for my wife's PA graduation. They did an amazing job! I called to make sure they could do it, and the lady was so nice and laughed about the cake. They were so proud to bring it out, as they should be. It looked incredible! Great job to the team at the Sheyenne location!

Overcharged and wouldn't provide receipt. I asked for a copy of my receipt as I paid more than I expected. They didn't have paper in the machine and would not make any effort to try and reprint or show me any details. Employees didn't care about us as they wanted to get back to talking to their friends.

The store was not open. Drive thru only. Only got half the order but only charged for the half we got. We probably will not stop there again. Friendly staff but sad it is not open. Maybe they have a staffing issue.

They are the best DQ crew ever. They came through with my special order when others could not.

You never know when this dq will close 8? 830? 9? Open till 10 but workers get upset or just straight up close if you there anytime between 8-10 multiple times I’ve showed up after 9 o clock and they are just standing inside laughing and trying to leave early…

VERY poor service! we order 2 meals and neither came with the sauces we asked for. i asked for a dr pepper to drink and ended up with a root beer. this is not the first time they have messed up my orders.

Closes at 9:05 not 9:30 apparently... maybe just update your hours so people don't show up during business hours and you're closed.

This is our go to DQ in Fargo, always has a long line in the drive through but they get you through in no time.
