Sub par customer service. Went here to order a blizzard. Only the top 1 inch was the blizzard flavor I asked for, otherwise the rest was all plain vanilla to the bottom. Need to be better trained on how to have customer service and how to mix a blizzard.

The order was completely wrong. Order meals and blizzard. Got to two cheese burgers and not the meal. Charge was really high for what we got. Had to send the daughter in to get the third one. Wont be going to this location again.

Bad dipped cones, chocolate was to hot so very thin layer on cone. Window person Joslyn S was very rude. Never again this is third time.

Ice cream is good, food is ok, the seats are almost never cleaned when we go, always have to clean the whole table ourselves. Most of the staff just stands around when it's slow too

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. The only real complaints come from the visit today when there was a black hair in my blizzard as well as I never received the additional ranch I paid for. Other than the poor visit on today’s visit, the location is usually on point. They’re relatively quick and usually are on top the game when giving what you ask for. I really dislike paying for extra sauces anywhere to begin with however, and it’s even worse when you pay for them and don’t get them. I will never understand why additional sauces are more at certain places. $0.51 for a tiny ranch is crazy. Get with the times. Chick Fil A is free for sauces and their prices are comparable if not cheaper.

This was my first visit to this DQ. I was really impressed. It was clean and organized. I got my order quickly and while I ate I noticed how nice the workers were to customers at the counter, but also to each other. That doesn't happen by accident. Good job hiring, training, and motivating. A pleasant experience and good meal!
