Worse customer service ever I went in for lunch with my wife and no one said anything to us while we waited. I will never go back. I would score a zero star but I couldn’t.

so I applied for hardees. I got the job. I did the on-boarding testing and what not. then unfortunately my daughter got very sick. I kept in touch with the manager because obviously I still wanted the job. I was supposed to start last week but my mom watches my kids she ended up getting sick. so I had no one to watch my kids. then yesterday my daughter ended up gettin very sick. so I text the manager keeping in touch everytime. she decided to text me and tell ME it's not going to work out. she didn't even give me a chance. I didn't even get a chance to start work. DONT APPLY. THEY WONT WORK WITH YOU WHEN YOUR KIDS ARE SICK. VERY PATHETIC.

Unkept place, not going back, was there around 12.30 pm, lobby was empty, drive thru very slow. Surrounding fast food restaurants were packed, so I figured we'll try this one...quickly realized why there weren't any customers

Stopped in for a fast lunch. For being a fast food restaurant I was impressed with the food. My husband enjoyed the chicken strips, I loved the coleslaw and my burger has some good taste. The only draw backs was there was no toy included in my daughters meal, lady explained that that was changing.. didn’t believer her. The drink area could have been wiped down. And on table had signs all over it for what I’m guessing was some sort of advertisement for outside.
Got my son a double bacon cheese burger. His favorite place for a burger ? ?

While the food was great, the door was locked and according to the lady working, it locked itself. However, the place was so filthy. I understand there was 2 working but the place was not busy. We were the only customers and no drive thru while we were there. One worker came out and grabbed her soda of a very dirty table and then went and chatted with the other worker. We found one "clean" table but it was sticky. The floor was awful and nothing was clean.

got my food, was a hair in it, fries were barely warm and over cooked, they replaced ky burger but put so much mayo on it I used a napkin to wipe it off, forgot to give me my shake so I went to the counter the girl rolled her eyes at me. mens bathroom had pee all over the floor and toilet seat. needless to say we will never go back!

The staff was not cordial or friendly and did not thank us for our purchase. Hmmmmm, isn't that in the training anymore?? My husband's ham/cheese was full of gristle and not pleasant to eat. Disappointed. We used the drive-thru.

Hardee's has fallen so far from what it was in the 80's and 90's. This particular location is constantly understaffed to the point of waiting minutes for someone to be able to take an order if you walk in. You can tell staff is stressed out generally, though so far I have to say they try to be as courteous as possible. Honestly if the owners don't do something quick, I see this going the way of the Burger Kings and Taco Johns in the area.
