Hooligans is a great bar and grill. It is family friendly, the service is great and the food comes out relatively quickly. If you're looking for a place to eat on a Friday night look no further than hooligans.

First time visiting Hooligans. I got the Blowtorch burger with Sweet Potato waffle fries. The burger was really tasty and not just spicy with good textures as well. I had asked for a sample of the sauce prior to ordering just to ensure it was just burn, but had flavor, and it did, was pretty good. The sweet potato fries are served with a marshmallow fluff for dipping which I didn't care for, and they were also over fried to the point they were just crunch all the way through and hard.
Overall, a good place for lunch and a beer, we'd stop by again if in the area.

Pizza and wings are great... the buffchick pizza is not as good as it use to be. Edit: it was no longer on menu the last time.
Seating/tables could use an upgrade. Why are there kids toys in the corner… Giant jenga in a restaurant????

My wife and I sat down today 9/1/24 at 12pm. At 12:15 I went to the bartender got ourselves a water and some menus and told him no one had visited our table. He went and then told a server. At 12:23 a server finally acknowledged our existence. At 12:30 we left without our food being taken. I watched as two tables showed up and within minutes were taken care of. Just a very bad and disappointing experience.

Great local bar! Amazing food!… wings are delicious and very affordable especially on Thursdays $8.99 wings and it comes with fries. If I’m up early enough the breakfast is amazing too. I always get their chorizo breakfast burrito! It’s slaps so good. ?
Parking: Pretty easy to get a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: They have a family side and family side patio
Isabelle w and Taylor w were some of the best waitresses I’ve had in fargo. Fast service, helped with dart league and were super social. All during a busy night! Love this place
