The girl before topping my sandwich put her gloves on and then proceeded to touch her face, hair, apron and literally everything and then DIDNT change her gloves and then topped everyone’s sandwich. I mean come on you wear gloves so it’s sanitary you might as well use your bare hands if u can’t even use gloves properly. I literally walked out. Do better.

Person making the sandwich had to be asked to change her gloves after handling a pen that was available to the public. Gross. Then she threw attitude when asked to take some of the mayo off bcuz I asked for light mayo. Then she forgot to add an ingredient I asked for to the sandwich bcuz she was irritated. I informed her that she shouldn’t throw attitude if she doesn’t get the order correct. The manager just asked me not to speak to the employee like that, but didn’t say anything to her when he witnessed her throwing attitude at me. Great work guys! Keep it up. Waste of money. Not eating the food. Had to go somewhere else.

We had The Club. One in a bowl and the other as a regular sandwich. The ingredients seemed fresh and delicious. The only con was the girl kept asking us if we wanted bacon, and it clearly came on the sub so the answer was yes.

I got four sandwiches in store, the ticket was written so the person checking me out didn't know what the sub was. The person making the sub made two sandwiches wrong. During this I watched the person ringing me up unwrap and rewrap my sandwich messing it up throwing it around without fixing it and adding some missing ingredients. I went up and politely asked for them to remake it because it was a Club sandwich missing the mayo they threw mayo packets at me and said they wouldn't remake it. When I said please they acted like they were remaking and just wrapped it again without adding the missing ingredient and handed it to me like I was inconveniencing them. The whole experience was ruined, I've never been to Jersey Mikes and this experience made me never want to come back. All of the sandwiches were a mess, and the customer service was horrible, as someone who is in the service industry I know they could've quickly and easily corrected the mistake and they didn't.

The two girls working lunch both seemed irritated that it was lunch hour. Didn't make my bowl right and then argued how it comes which I've never had a Jerseys Mike's do what she did. Then to top it off she didn't put on my free sub. I'll skip this location and go to the other 2 which has way better a service

Stopped in Fargo on a roadtrip for gas and a lunch and Mike really had his way with this sub let me tell you. It was the sloppiest most delicious Jersey Mikes experience I have ever had. I made mess in the car but it was worth it ;)

The Adams
We were visiting from Canada where we don’t have Jersey Mikes. We only get to try it maybe 4 times a year when travelling and often look forward to our meal. This location has excellent day staff and they took care of a mistake made the night before without hesitation. Although it took some time to make things right the staff made sure to have us leave with a strong lasting impression. We will be back but will make sure to double check our order before leaving the store especially when it’s an evening shift.

Every time I go into this store the workers always have something negative to say about me to the other workers, and they always tend to have an attitude.
This is authentic. I am a Philadelphian by birth though not having lived there in 60 years, but visiting many times. The Italian sub is delicious and the meat is superb. Many places in town can make a very good cheesesteak, but Jersey Mike’s is much better than the others, and as noted the Italian sub with those delicious meats is wonderful. And nostalgic.

Don't expect rosemary bread in the morning. You pay $17 for a sandwich and it's roulette as to what type of bread you'll get. Apparently that's okay to the staff. Just give the wrong bread without telling the customer. You could have called me. I'd have canceled my order. I called about my sandwich being wrong and was given a piss poor excuse. "Sometimes in the morning and at night we don't have it." I was nice on the phone but you guys deserve this. Take it off the online ordering option if it's not available. The bread I was given was stale anyways. Have a great day.
