We were visiting from Canada where we don’t have Jersey Mikes. We only get to try it maybe 4 times a year when travelling and often look forward to our meal. This location has excellent day staff and they took care of a mistake made the night before without hesitation. Although it took some time to make things right the staff made sure to have us leave with a strong lasting impression. We will be back but will make sure to double check our order before leaving the store especially...

This is authentic. I am a Philadelphian by birth though not having lived there in 60 years, but visiting many times. The Italian sub is delicious and the meat is superb. Many places in town can make a very good cheesesteak, but Jersey Mike’s is much better than the others, and as noted the Italian sub with those delicious meats is wonderful. And nostalgic.

This was our second time going to this location and it was a WAY better experience. I had gotten the original the Mike's way my husband had gotten one of their hot subs with added veggies and sauce. We got it to-go and those subs hit the spot!! Thank you!!!
