Why are they so stingy with the jimmy peppers? They have gallons of them on the shelves, yet I've only had a 33.33% success rate in getting the peppers on my sandwich when I order.

Most unfriendly Jimmy Johns I ever visited. Felt like I was at the soup Nazi! Is that the end of the order he said. I haven’t even finished my first order! Very unfriendly! Then to pick up my sandwich, not even a thank you. I didn’t even ask my awards nor afraid to mention it. NEXT!! Thanks I guess!!

JJ now uses Uber delivery. So now your sandwich takes an hour and a half to get. And that's if you get it. Uber dropped my food off in the mail area, and never told me. 🙄 I personally avoid Uber eats at all costs... ALWAYS have issues.

Always my favorite sub taste-wise, just hate how expensive it has become. Annoyed that I added ham to one sub, was charged $4, get home, no ham. And they are no longer freaky fast. ☹️

I had a DoorDash for here and I was there one minute after it closed. The girl came up to me and said she would not hand me the food because it was one minute after clothes when I asked her that the food is right there why wouldn’t she just hand it to me? It’s already ready and done. She said it’s after close. I’m gonna throw it away, give this negative horrible, horrible service management and I never personally come here ever to eat horrible, horrible place horrible service

Subs are very mid. I'd honestly suggest another sub place like firehouse or jersey Mike's over this place. Not much flavor and very bland. Very much sandwiches you could make it home

Super busy at lunch time. But I was able to get though the drive thru line in a very timely manner. Service was top notch, and the sub was delicious!!! A+
