Subs are very mid. I'd honestly suggest another sub place like firehouse or jersey Mike's over this place. Not much flavor and very bland. Very much sandwiches you could make it home

I had never stopped in to a Jimmy John. The lady at the counter was very rude because I did not know what kind of sandwich i wanted. So I'll probably never return here again. She should have been a little nicer of being a first time customer.

The big guy was really rude. I explained that my husband ordered with my name but used his rewards so it could be under the names. Some other guy from the back easily found my order but the big guy decided to tell me to “Be more on top of it because those names are completely different.” I don’t know about you..but I surely don’t look to marry someone based off of if we have the same name ?.

Food is good but the politeness of the staff is hit or miss. There is however an older guy working there that is a dead ringer for Vito Spatafore on the tv show The Sopranos. Google him then go check out his body double at Jimmy John’s in West Fargo next to Costco!

Located on southwest corner of 23rd Avenue and Bluestem Drive, there is traffic on all sides, just south of Costco. Good service with predictably good Jimmy Johns sandwiches.
