Great service! Tyler always greets me with a smile and Riley always asks how my day has been as he flawlessly crafts those great sandwiches. If I could give 6 stars for customer service I would! I have never been disappointed and plan to return often!

Drive thru employee was an older man has no customer service abilities, he was extremely dismissive and rude. We went to order 4 sandwiches but were only able to order 3 because after each sandwich he tried to close out the sale. After two sandwiches I informed him we have 2 more, after the 3rd he told us our total and told us to go to the window. My husband was frustrated and didn't correct him, leaving us to get him food elsewhere. We did not get a receipt either. I had a worker named brodie take my order n messed my order up which is fine we make mistakes when i went back i brought my sub to put the missing items on my sub. he completely messed my sub up to the point where it was soggy n i couldn’t even close it. completely rude.

Why are they so stingy with the jimmy peppers? They have gallons of them on the shelves, yet I've only had a 33.33% success rate in getting the peppers on my sandwich when I order.
Most unfriendly Jimmy Johns I ever visited. Felt like I was at the soup Nazi! Is that the end of the order he said. I haven’t even finished my first order! Very unfriendly! Then to pick up my sandwich, not even a thank you. I didn’t even ask my awards nor afraid to mention it. NEXT!! Thanks I guess!!

JJ now uses Uber delivery. So now your sandwich takes an hour and a half to get. And that's if you get it. Uber dropped my food off in the mail area, and never told me. 🙄 I personally avoid Uber eats at all costs... ALWAYS have issues.

Always my favorite sub taste-wise, just hate how expensive it has become. Annoyed that I added ham to one sub, was charged $4, get home, no ham. And they are no longer freaky fast. ☹️
