Absolutely awful place, but it's not the place. It's the people. I grew up eating here, but after ordering food through them only two days ago, I can confidently say my family will never be back.
We ordered what we always did - an 8 peice bucket and some nuggets. They informed us they didn't have the nuggets. It'd be a 15-minute wait. Okay, I understood and said to remove it from our order.
We get home. Our entire bucket was dark meat. We did not state we wanted it all dark. In fact, the word "dark" never left my mouth.
My grandmother calls back, and he thinks there was just some mistake. She proceeded to be belittled by the young woman on the phone and said that's how she ordered it. Insisted that it comes all dark, that variety is a modification. If it was, then why is variety listed first on the menu?
Overall, appalling service. I've worked fast food before, and I try my very best to be understanding. But this experience was disgusting. I'm pretty sure they just didn't have white meat and didn't want to say anything. It makes a lot of sense why this location never seems to have customers.

When you place an order for a family at a hotel and ask for plates and silverware they should include that. Also when you eat one of the biscuits, do you use butter and honey or eat them just plain, just a question because I use either honey or butter which I asked for and got none of. The food was hot and good but the failure to follow any sort of directions is unacceptable. I called the restaurant and the young girl who answered the phone just laughed at me and hung up, I was as polite as humanly possible.

Ordered the pot pie....it was all crust. There was maybe a tablespoon and a half of filling and very little gravy. Only way you knew there had been gravy in it was the bottom crust was soggy. Everything in between the top crust and very little filling (I'm not making this up, my son asked where the filling was) is air, lots and lots of air.

On my lunch break was trying to go through the drive-thru to order some food just to be told that the drive-thru is closed and it's 1:17 in the afternoon and that id have to come inside to place an order dairy Queen it is I guess

Food was good. Seemed like some of the chicken had been sitting for awhile.
This is one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. The staff were kind, the service was amazing and the food was excellent.
We waited maybe 5 mins before everything was ready. The kind of service you truly associate with KFC. 10/10 would recommend and come again.

Terrible! Worst thing about this place is its employees! They will make you wait 10 minutes at the counter before taking your order! Have waited over a half hour after walking thru the door. The prices are over inflated for what it is. Bad value and even worse service.
