Our online orders were not even ready when we arrived. Saw it was pretty busy but waiting an extra 35 mins for our online order that was ready for pickup was not fun. The boy was very sorry for the confusion but we ended up having to return bc we had someone elses oders. Food was great tho

Service tonight was SPECTACULAR!!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and was told it would be a few minutes. No problem with me. Then they offered me a drink for my troubles. Very kind. Well done to the whole staff. Management should be proud.

Serving sizes for potatoes and gravy were kids size portions. Will NEVER eat at KFC again. Has really gone down hill since they got rid of the buffet.

Drive thru is painfully slow. Even after waiting in drive thru, order wasn't ready from online order time estimate, and they make you go inside for pick up orders. Plus enjoy your dry biscuits with no butter packs or honey.

If you live 20 minutes away from the store, don’t bother placing an app order—you’re not “deserving,” apparently. They expect you to place your order while standing right outside the door. Otherwise, your food will be sold to someone else just 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. They’ll claim your order “sat too long” and tell you they ran out of chicken, even though you ordered ahead and prepaid. To make it worse, you’ll have to spend another 30 minutes on the phone with their 800 number just to get your money back. Totally unacceptable.
