I placed an order tonight for pickup. It was supposed to be ready at 6:30. 2 pizzas and an order of 6 wings. It's now 7:00 and the food is still not ready. I called to ask what the status was because a friend went to pick it up, I was only told to give them a minute. I then asked for an updated time and the person who answered the phone sighed and hung up on me. This will be the last time we order from Marco's! Wouldn't recommend this place. UPDATE: My friend who went to pick up the pizza just got back. They didn't even have both of our pizzas. They gave us 1 pizza and the wings.

I ordered my pizza at 10:07 pm for delivery i got a call shortly after that I barely missed. I called back immediately and was left on hold for 15 minutes before I called back again until 11:00 PM. I haven't gotten any emails or calls or texts and I haven't received my pizzas I paid for. First time ordering was an awful experience.

Pathetic, the PreFabbed dough tasted like cardboard & If you cook a XXXXX in a Hot Air Over you should have to call it Something else - If you tried to sell this pizza in Boston or New York, you would get spaghetti and meatballed !

Best Marcos in town by far! We order all the time at work. They always have a good deal going and deliveries are always on time and hot!! They make sure you are well taken care of! Manager deserves a raise for the dedication and service 🙌 we will always be back!!
I love their pizza but I called to place an order over the phone cause I needed to pay cash upon delivery and there was no option online for that. I sat on hold for an hour before I gave up and hung up.

First off, gotta say that dining in, the music is absolutely on point. Walking in, we were welcomed to Duel of the Fates followed by Jack Black, Weird Al, and classic rock.
We got the Philly steak pizza, cheesy bread, and a couple drinks. It took only ten minutes to get our food (We were the only people there) and it was definitely fresh. Had to wait a few minutes to be able to eat it.
The pizza was the cheesiest, thickest, most awesome pizza ever. When I grabbed the first slice, I was amazed and pleased to see a two foot cheese pull. Every bite was a burst of cheese and flavor. Absolutely phenomenal. The cheesy bread was super cheesy and loaded with garlic, also great. Both had visible pooling grease so not for the health conscious I guess.
Staff was awesome; I struck up a conversation with one of the guys, says he loves his job and his coworkers. It was a really slow night, we were the only people in, but both guys working were super friendly and cool. Interior was clean minus the inevitable but of snow tracking in.
Overall, I highly suggest coming here and I will 100% be returning if I'm ever in the area.
