My fiancé and I were recommended this place as we are traveling from out of town. We arrived at 9:25PM and walked in to all of the workers in the back cleaning. We stood at the front for 3-4 minutes until a gentleman approached us and said that the kitchen was already closed but we could order drinks. If the kitchen stops serving food before the restaurant's closing hours, that should be addressed on the website. We drove 17 minutes to try this place out just to be told the kitchen was closed 35 minutes before closing hours. Definitely a big let down.

Probably the best Mexican food I’ve had in Fargo! I had the seafood enchiladas and my fiancé had the chicken fajitas and they looked and tasted fresh, as well as amazing. The service was outstanding and I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back to try pretty much everything on the menu.

We were in Fargo, ND, looking for a place to eat. Mas Tequila caught our eye. Karen was our server and took good care of us while we were there. We had drinks, the Margherita flight, and two other. The drinks were a little spicy, sweet, and flavorful. Our appetizer was Ahi Tuna Nachos, amazing. We both had tacos, the wife had fish, and I had the lobster. Both had awesome flavors, and we shared them as we often do. For dessert, we tried the corn bread with ice cream. It's sounds crazy, but it works. It's not like your typical corn bread. It's sweet, more like cake. You just gotta try it. You will not be disappointed. If you're ever Fargo and need a great spot to eat, try Mas Tequila. You will not be disappointed. The service, drinks, and food are all top-notch. Oh, while a little expensive, it's worth every penny.

The vibe is casual and clean while cozy allowing the food and drinks to really stand out.Finally, our server, Carlos, was a gem. I ordered the birria tacos and enjoyed the Oaxacan mule with my meal. Tacos came with beans and rice. Chips and sauce were served upon sitting. Sauce had a great color and flavor. Seasoned well with either smoked chilies or other smoked spices. Not over spicy just better flavor and a darker color than you're going to get from other Mexican sit downs. Chips were average. Birria tacos, the meat was very tender and solid birria flavor. Fresh chopped onion. I could handle a little larger serving of the birria sauce for dipping but sauce had a great birria flavor you can expect and not overly salty. The beans and rice, were some of the best I've recently had. Both were tender and cooked properly and not dry at all. Lightly flavored with no heat, great pairing with the tacos. My Oaxacan mule, I don't recall now the mezcal used in it, but as I write my review, I want to go back in and order another. Smokey, not over powering, perfect amount of lime juice and just enough ginger beer to top and add that bubbly, garnished with a candied lime, I enjoy taking little bites of with a sip of cocktail. This was a meal id expect to come across in Minneapolis and enjoy, but stumbling across this in Fargo was even better. I sat at the bar, bar tender was involved enough to keep things topped off and taken care of, without being bothersome while really enjoying my meal. Thank you, Mas Tequila.

We tried this place last Friday and the food is absolutely amazing! I had the birria tacos and they were delicious! I also had a strawberry pina colada and it was one of the most tasty drinks I've had! Would prefer more table style seating vs the high top stools but they were still comfy. Great place for dinner!! Will be back when we come back to Fargo!

I’m a better person when I’m at Mas Tequila! The service, food and drinks is like no other. I don’t like the taste of tequila but the staff introduced me to their Mezcal and now I can actually enjoy a margarita!
