The absolute nicest crew of any McDonalds I've ever been to. The wait times are sometimes long at lunch but the food is always good. The managers and staff have always been so super nice. This is a crew that the company should be proud of.

This McDonald's is a decent area nice location and wonderful staff my only issue was that my order had 2 of the same thing when I had ordered something else its not a big deal and I was happy with the food I had acquired I just want to make mention of it rather than criticize a restaurant im not familiar with and havent visited enough to properly know the full spectrum of the wonderful job the staff can do

I came in to share time with my son, and they said right away that the play place are was closed, it was 7pm but I saw online that they close at 10pm I think kids always love to play and we did not have a good time

Today i wanted to treat my babies to some McDonald's. And when I arrived at curbside, I experienced that there was 2 young men walking out and they were very rude. There were no drink holders and expected all 5 of the drink to come into the vehicle with only 3 straws and when I got home my kiddos Fantas were mixed with Soda water my double quarter pounder had pink in the center it was just bad I kinda live over in west fargo. And are new here just makes me disappointed 😞
I used the and drive up. When I got home part of my order was missing. I remember when McDonald’s was proud of their service and quality. My how times have changed

Just ate here for lunch. Absolutely amazing service. The best ive ever had at a McDonald's... I ordered and sat down at a table and a very very friendly man (the manager i believe) brought out my food... Took a sip of my sweet tea and realized it was unsweet. Took it up front and told them and showed my receipt. The manager (again the same man) brought my drink out to me and apologized for the inconvenience... I also saw him and several other waitress's bringing food to people and then checking up to make sure all was well! I can honestly say its the best experience ive had at McDonald's

****sucked a screw out of my drink**** got some food and 2 Shamrock Shakes for me and my younger sister. ended up drinking the shake and it got “stuck” in the straw. took the straw out and flipped it, i started to drink the shake again and sucked a screw out of my straw. figured it was ice i bit into it, super disgusted, will upload photos later about it.

Went to McDonald's drive-thru around 9:00 p.m.. waited over 10 minutes for somebody to come take my payment. When the person came to the window he told me he had to do something and just got back and was very unprofessional. Did not know what my order was. Had to ask me what my order was and ran off the wrong order. Went to the next window to get my food. They already had my food hanging out the window in their hands which was very unprofessional. This location has gone downhill since I've last been there. I will be thinking about going back to that place. They didn't even say sorry for the wait. They didn't even say here's a coupon for free something or whatever they wanted to do to make it up to us for waiting as long as he did.
