First time visiting, pleasantly surprised. Lots of options to customize your order. I decided on the Nauti Bowl and it was delish. The place was not busy, service was quick and the atmosphere was great.

This is absolutely a 10/10. When our food supply is mostly poison. Getting food that is fresh. Healthy and taste good is awesome. The sunrise bowl is so good. And very good for you. This spot is a must. And support a local business. Can't go wrong.

Really nice little place to stop, eat, and use the restroom before heading out of town. They were able to make an accommodation for my strawberry allergy. ? it was delicious.

Quite literally the best smoothie bowl I’ve ever had. There’s so many options you can mix and match and they’re all nutritious. You can choose between 6 bases or choose all 6 if you want to. They have lots of toppings and their nut butters are freshly ground per order- they’re soooo good! The atmosphere is super cute and beachy, but some music inside would make it even better. The staff was friendly and super quick with the bowls. Will absolutely be back when I’m in town!

I love the concept and their attempt at being another healthy option in town. We need more healthy options, but if you think this is actually healthy, you're delusional. You probably also think drinking pop everyday is healthy as well. The owner alone isn't worth going here. Make a better version at home.

Healthy really? You want your whole day's worth of sugar in one felt swoop, sure go for it. you want a fast track your way to diabetes? Eat these bowls. The owner is a raging douchebag, don't bother.
I love Nautical. It's just overall such a good vibe. And the workers, omg, Melaena is like actually the best person ever. She's so nice every time I come in.

I am so disappointed to hear about their closing! Fargo definitely needed a healthy sweet treat option like this. I feel like the owners failed to consider the consumers of Fargo on this one and just adapted what worked in other cities. Most people in Fargo wanted to enjoy this as a late night treat after dinner. Other businesses understand that (ex: Tropical Smoothie Cafe is open until 9pm, Cold Stone is open til 11, & Dairy Queen til 10/10:30) and unfortunately, continually, when I would come in at 6:45 before they closed at 7pm (now 6pm in the winter YIKES) there was a LINE of people wanting to get something before they close while employees are cleaning… floors being mopped and chairs put up.. with a line. I saw that multiple times and just thought #1 so disrespectful to customers #2 change your hours!! If you have a rush when you are closing, you need to be open later. I really hope that someone will give this concept another go in Fargo!
