Pizza was suppose to be ready at 5:30 for pick up. Wasn’t ready tell 6:30 manager walked out no body there has a clue what they are doing.Pizza are going into over and burning because they are not pulling them out fast enough because they don’t know what they are doing.

DoorDash delivered my order, they didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish... I left specific delivery instructions with the manager and she DID NOT RELAY THEM TO THE DOORDASH, SO MY ORDER WAS LATE, THEN I TRIED CALLING THE DOORDASH DELIVERY AND THEY SPOKE SPANISH ON THE VOICEMAIL I LEFT SPECIFIC DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND THEY NEVER FOLLOWED ANY OF MY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:( 😞😓😩😤😡 THEY LEFT IT AT THE FRONT DOOR EVEN I GAVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO DELIVER TO MY PERSONAL APT DOOR AND LEAVE ON MY KITCHEN ISLAND., DID NOT FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS EITHER:( 😞😓😩😤😡😠😞😓😩😤😡 IF DOORDASH WANTS HIRE DRIVERS PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THEY CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. I literally just walked into try to place an order. It took about 10 minutes for staff to come up to me. The lady rudely said I cannot take an order from you. Gave me no reason why when I asked again why I can’t take an order. She said we’re too busy and there’s only two of us. I asked kindly for her name she refused, threw her hands up walked away from counter… so it looks like McDonald’s for my kids instead of pizza tonight since we are in from out of town terrible terrible experience very very disappointed

Tried to order a pizza. The website said 30 min. 2 hrs later, nothing had shown up. Tried calling the store but no one would answer. Finally got transferred to the national call center where they had to cancel the order for me. This store has gone down very quickly since it opened.

I did an online order at 9:35pm it said it will be deliver at 10:09pm.
I did not do contactless deliver or leaving it at the door.
Never heard the door ring the Pizza Hut app never updated.
I went to my front door at 10:45pm the pizza was left outside on my step.
The app finally updated at11:08pm. Saying it was delivered.
I tried contacting Pizza Hut and the store no response I want my $20 dollars back for a pizza that was lukewarm and needed to throw it in my air fryer.
If I would have know I would have just made a frozen pizza.
I’m very disappointed with if I could give negative stars I would.
Careful as the manager is rude and they like to take the doordash orders and have their delivery drivers take them and try to take the cash themselves! Very very rude! Don't recommend stepping foot in there!!

This store absolutely needs to fire everyone there and start over. I ordered a pizza on the website and was told it would be to me at certain time. almost 2 hours after the supposed delivery time, no pizza still. even after calling the customer support number several times. Would leave no stars, but not possible.

I doordash went to pick up an order and asked if I could get a Dr pepper ready to pay for it and the lady behind the counter turned around walked away and said no. I guess I won't be doordashing at that restaurant again. That is very rude and disrespectful.

If I could give this zero Stars I would.They took my order, charged my card, and never delivered the food. I called the call center and they didn't refund my card. Someone at the call center said they closed the store early, no one will return my call or the call centers calls.
