Great Company! Was generously given a free meal today since the card reader was down. Had the Teriyaki Meatballs and was delicious!
Although the meals are convenient and delicious, the company has much work to do when it comes to customer service! They, in my experience, have a tendency to ignore or respond slowly to emails during busy times, and, just this week, I had to reach out to them on my own when my order had not shipped the day it was supposed to. Throw a banner at the top of your site that explains to all of your customers why your orders are shipping two days late. You never fail to email us when your menu changes or theres a discount thats going to make your business more money, so figure out how to be a little more communicative with your customers before you lose them all.

I enjoy this place. Premade healthy food. Just warm them up I. The microwave. They also have some that are frozen. I drive a truck and find a healthy meal is tough. When I'm in Fargo. I stop here and get a few days worth.
