Service was slow in drive thru ordered only got half my order went inside to get the rest of it and employees enjoyed talking to each other more than the customer I will go to my usual place from now on left without my coffee had better things to do and places to be service was terrible

5 stars, especially for the service! Scott, Jeff (not sure of that is the correct spelling) and John (I think thatās his name!) He was working window yesterday and was phenomenal! The rest of the team seems great as well. I do try to stay away from the AM crowd as the afternoon & evening baristas seem a lot more friendly. They already know my husbands and my name and my order so sometimes I donāt even have to say anything and they literally make it exactly as I love it. Jeff even tried to run a food item out to our car that we forgot at the window. What a gem! You guys know my addiction for strawberry refreshers and thank you for not judging my intake š I have the utmost respect for these baristas and even love getting notes on the cup. The drive thru is always speedy, online ordering is smooth, and friendly customer service in this economy?! Yes please! Iāll always be the biggest fan of this location. Also the ice is like pebble ice and Iām addicted to ice so that is another plus :) Thank yaāll everyday for what you do and I hope everyone treats these baristas nicely! Thanks again, will be in very soon Iām assuming :) have the best day <3 and keep up your amazing personalities and work ethic, truly know it does NOT go unnoticed. 100/10 rating if I could! (PS: chocolate croissant is a fave too if you wanna try, I suggest it!) š

To the current employees of this Starbucks. You all are a 10/10 and more people need to be like you. Iām only a Starbucks regular during PSL season and not only is the food and drink great but I walk in and feel like a VIP. Every single person says hi, good morning, or welcome in. As a complete stranger it just felt so nice and I truly felt like a special guest. You just donāt get that kind of treatment anywhere these days. Iāve gone to most of the Starbucks in town and you are the fastest and friendliest. I canāt tell you enough how awesome you all are! Keep it up! Youāve made me a loyal customer to your store :)
Coffee is always good. Just wish the prices weren't so high. I will say they are slightly less expensive than the Caribou nearby, though. I would recommend this location.

I never go in expecting much from Starbucks, which is fine, just looking to get my drinks. But this location goes above and beyond, not a single car was waiting when they got the window, their drink was ready. The drive up window employee addressed my wife by name which was nice and was very kind. The service alone will make me come back to this location specifically.
Itās few and far between that I post reviews but I gotta say this Starbucks is just amazing! They are fast, efficient, and sooooo kind! If thereās a mistake they apologize and fix it, that said Iāve had almost no mistakes at this location compared to others. Also, can I give a shout out to the barista, Scott!? I believe thatās his name. He is an ABSOLUTE joy every single time. He is so kind, makes my day just with small chats and he is honestly just the best barista and employee anyone could ask for. I donāt know what else to say except he is phenomenal with his personality and customer service. Starbucks, hold onto him for as long as possible because he is a GEM! Itās so hard to find great customer service like that. I will go out of my way just to go to this Starbucks because itās exceptional. 100/10. Thank you for everything you all do!
