To the current employees of this Starbucks. You all are a 10/10 and more people need to be like you. I’m only a Starbucks regular during PSL season and not only is the food and drink great but I walk in and feel like a VIP. Every single person says hi, good morning, or welcome in. As a complete stranger it just felt so nice and I truly felt like a special guest. You just don’t get that kind of treatment anywhere these days. I’ve gone to most of the Starbucks in town and you are the fastest and friendliest. I can’t tell you enough how awesome you all are! Keep it up! You’ve made me a loyal customer to your store :)

Coffee is always good. Just wish the prices weren't so high. I will say they are slightly less expensive than the Caribou nearby, though. I would recommend this location.

I never go in expecting much from Starbucks, which is fine, just looking to get my drinks. But this location goes above and beyond, not a single car was waiting when they got the window, their drink was ready. The drive up window employee addressed my wife by name which was nice and was very kind. The service alone will make me come back to this location specifically.
It’s few and far between that I post reviews but I gotta say this Starbucks is just amazing! They are fast, efficient, and sooooo kind! If there’s a mistake they apologize and fix it, that said I’ve had almost no mistakes at this location compared to others. Also, can I give a shout out to the barista, Scott!? I believe that’s his name. He is an ABSOLUTE joy every single time. He is so kind, makes my day just with small chats and he is honestly just the best barista and employee anyone could ask for. I don’t know what else to say except he is phenomenal with his personality and customer service. Starbucks, hold onto him for as long as possible because he is a GEM! It’s so hard to find great customer service like that. I will go out of my way just to go to this Starbucks because it’s exceptional. 100/10. Thank you for everything you all do!
Vegetarian options: So many non dairy milk options, lots of ways to customize many items on the menu :)
Dietary restrictions: They help you with any dietary restrictions you may have. They are more than willing to help and accommodate how they can!
They don’t make the drinks like the other locations and I’m always disappointed about it. This is the 5th Lavender latte that doesn’t taste right even after I try to pay extra for extra product—only at this store. I paid $9 hoping for a good coffee and I wish it was worth it. :(

Came in May 12 @ 6:37, approx 2 other customers in store with their drinks already and two in drive when i pulled in. Drink absolutely slayed, but stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my drink without a single hello or any type of acknowledgment. Finally asked about my drink, turns out it was made but she had put it in drive, and not in-store and made a comment of “i never learned how to read”

This Starbucks has always been very rude to me, and my family whenever I've gone. They were very fast, and made my drink order perfectly, so I'll give that to them. But everything else wasn't the best. Employees were rude. Very rude.
