I ordered using the app two hours in advance because I knew I would be crunched for time around lunch. I wanted to just grab and go. Watched them make the line kf peoples food before making mine. I waited for 15 minutes after my food was scheduled to be picked up.
Went through drive through order 3 subs asked worker at window to double check my order to make sure I had it correctly she basically ignored Me subs were wrong

We ordered 3 foot long subs. Not ONE single sub was right! Its not like a missed topping or 2 or even an added topping. EVERY SUB WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT WAS ORDERED!! How can you not make even 1 foot long close to what we ordered. STAY AWAY.

Stopped here to get a 6 inch turkey and ham sandwich. I had a subway coupon that said " get a 6 inch for $3.99". Came to pay and young clerk wanted to charge me almost $7. She said it was an up charge for the ham and the coupon was good for 3.99 off. That it does d not mean what was written. Couldn't get it through her head that it said a 6 inch for 3.99. I left the sandwich there. It is a matter of principle. They could have gotten somewhere over 4 dollars instead they can toss the sandwich. I have used that coupon at that location and others. First time for everything I guess.

Tried this subway twice, both times orders were wrong and tasted old. Called multiple times to talk to the manager and never got a call back. In my opinion -10 ☆

Came in at 9:10 to get 1 sandwich. Lobby door was locked. That’s ok. But when I went to drive thru window. I was completely ignored. While sitting at window I tried ordering pick up through the app. And no pick ups were being recieved past 9. So I wait 10-15 more minutes. The employee was clearly closing early and continued to ignore me. Why even stay open till 10pm if you ignore customers at 9pm. The day this happend was 3/21/24. I hope that employee gets disciplined. Very rude

I stopped going to Subway quite a while back.Not too long ago I had a coupon so I tried it out again.There were so many great updates.I WENT INTO THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY**** (109 Main Ave E, West Fargo, ND 58078) *****Steve was especially helpful. Like I said I had not been in one for a while. There were so many new choices.I absolutely love the new rotisserie chicken. And now that they are slicing their own meat it is much better.Also I had a rather unique situation of trying to keep my sandwiches cold for a few hours before I got home.Steve totally set me up so I felt very comfortable that my sandwiches would be great even though they would be in the car for a few hours.I just want to give kudos to Steve and Nathan for great customer service.They are keepers.
