Black guy at the till with the short hair needs to be fired. He refused to make my sandwich. I wanted a chicken bacon ranch with the chicken that has no seasoning bc I don't like seasoning and he told me I can either have rotisserie or the grilled he said the chicken bacon ranch doesn't come with the plane chicken and I just wanted the plan chicken never had that problem anywhere. He was very rude. I will be making a complaint with HR

I visited this Subway yesterday (11/18/25) and used a coupon for $6.99 which included a 6 inch sub, chips and a beverage I paid with my debit card and it is always $7.55 with tax, but this time the black guy running the till added a tip without my permission - in my opinion this is stealing. I called today and spoke to the assistant manager, I was told that I must have “accidentally” added the tip —— NOT TRUE…… Guess I won’t go there again 👎🏻😑

Drive thru only. You can order, you can upgrade to a $4.59 fountain drink plus chips, but you can't eat in the lobby at 7pm... because they close dine in at 6 on a Friday!! You know, Casey's gas station has pizza for half the price, tons of drink options if you wanna sit in the parking lot and eat. $19 to eat on the steering wheel of your own car... no longer a 'restaurant ' just a food truck.

I didn't care for the location I had visited including people working there but wanted to order try a wrap which I didn't really like but first time so will give item another try again sometime.

I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich that should’ve taken 5. The sole worker who was there was doing everything we can to get orders out, but he clearly had additional tasks to do. which could not be done while also helping customers.

This location needs to be much better-staffed.

I was just in there and the employee working by himself was very good at his job. He made my experience very good. I managed a subway for numerous years and would love having him as an employee. His coworker was late but it didn’t rattle him. Please let this employee know great job!!!!!

I ordered using the app two hours in advance because I knew I would be crunched for time around lunch. I wanted to just grab and go. Watched them make the line kf peoples food before making mine. I waited for 15 minutes after my food was scheduled to be picked up.

We ordered 3 foot long subs. Not ONE single sub was right! Its not like a missed topping or 2 or even an added topping. EVERY SUB WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT WAS ORDERED!! How can you not make even 1 foot long close to what we ordered. STAY AWAY.
