Came in at 9:10 to get 1 sandwich. Lobby door was locked. That’s ok. But when I went to drive thru window. I was completely ignored. While sitting at window I tried ordering pick up through the app. And no pick ups were being recieved past 9. So I wait 10-15 more minutes. The employee was clearly closing early and continued to ignore me. Why even stay open till 10pm if you ignore customers at 9pm. The day this happend was 3/21/24. I hope that employee gets disciplined. Very rude

I stopped going to Subway quite a while back.Not too long ago I had a coupon so I tried it out again.There were so many great updates.I WENT INTO THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY**** (109 Main Ave E, West Fargo, ND 58078) *****Steve was especially helpful. Like I said I had not been in one for a while. There were so many new choices.I absolutely love the new rotisserie chicken. And now that they are slicing their own meat it is much better.Also I had a rather unique situation of trying to keep my sandwiches cold for a few hours before I got home.Steve totally set me up so I felt very comfortable that my sandwiches would be great even though they would be in the car for a few hours.I just want to give kudos to Steve and Nathan for great customer service.They are keepers.Parking: It's just parking in in front of the store

This subway is so good!! They have the kindest workers, you guys rock! I appreciate how much you guys care and listen, each time I’ve been here they’ve rocked. I’m super picky so whenever I asked for light lettuce and pickle with extra mayo they did it perfect!! I’m so happy you guys made my day, you are worth more than you guys know! <3

I've worked too many subways, so this review is definitely biased. Good food, and good options to build your own subs.Every subway just feels exactly the same they're all cookie cutter copies of each other. The feel the same they function all very similar. Add some variety to your stores...

Safeer Haider should run that subway and does by himself. Apparently he just started, but my family and I were more than satisfied with his professionalism and consideration with how he made our subs. He was fair with all of our toppings and had lots of patience with us, even helped me use the app so I understand it more now. By far the best subway I’ve been to an all of Fargo and I don’t want to go to any other one now. The subs were great and everything was fresh. Thank you for hiring him! I think he deserves a promotion and my family does too.

Placed an online order on a whim. Was next door at a neighboring business. I walked in as they were working on the second of my two sandwiches. I told them I ordered online. The response was: "The one that just printed out? It's not ready yet."That's fine, it'll be ready in 60 seconds, I wasn't expecting it to be ready anyway, I just made a last second decision to order. There are no other orders btw. How about telling me it will be up in just a minute?Well, they finished my order in about a minute and had the audacity to tell me that, "In the future, you need to wait at least 15 minutes before picking up your order."Why can't I pick it up when it's done? SMH... I order here every other week and do the same thing. I guess I'll stop.
