Worker was so rude, she messed up my order 3 times. She yelled at me bc she kept messing up my order. I will not be going back there again, horrible experience and service. She was wearing a subway headband and an earbud.

I would say as far as donuts. It's an average donut 15 years ago. They used to have a great donut, but now to commercialize, you can get the same thing at your local grocery store, nothing fantastic anymore.

Multiple pieces of plastic in my order, I called to let them know and the lady who answer was rude and said “I don't know why there would be plastic in your sandwich” she then hung up on me and then didn't answer the phone.

I love subway, but the touchscreen in the drive-thru is essentially unusable, and the staff was unnecessarily rude about the new ordering system.

Poor quality got sick like mild food poisoning and exorbitant prices. Could have gone to a steakhouse. Lady in charge not friendly. Only gentleman (regular employee) wanted to please us. Won't go back....

While the food and service is usually good. Lately I find the lobby often closed at weird times. Forcing customers to use drive thru. I personally dont like to eat in my car and for my lunch I prefer to sit at a table and perhaps refil my drink. Also I find it annoying that the drive thru menu or the worker makes my sandwich wrong. I will request no extra cheese and a basic sub then I get charged for a deluxe version with extra meat 2x cheese. When it asked me if I wanted extra I hit no. I asked the guy at the window. He was all mad then took his time to serve me and blamed the machine / me. Also never fixed the price or the sandwich normally a great experience here but I learned my lesson. If the lobby is closed the employees I don't want to serve me are working. I'll go else where

Hit or miss when they make sandwiches even though the quality is good I feel sometimes depending the mood you get messes like this... I'm on a tight schedule and it sucks there's not anywhere closer to my work.

Lobby was closed but that was alright. The 2 dudes that made my order did a superb job and got my special order correct. Delicious and fast.
