While the food and service is usually good. Lately I find the lobby often closed at weird times. Forcing customers to use drive thru. I personally dont like to eat in my car and for my lunch I prefer to sit at a table and perhaps refil my drink. Also I find it annoying that the drive thru menu or the worker makes my sandwich wrong. I will request no extra cheese and a basic sub then I get charged for a deluxe version with extra meat 2x cheese. When it asked me if I wanted extra I hit no. I asked the guy at the window. He was all mad then took his time to serve me and blamed the machine / me. Also never fixed the price or the sandwich normally a great experience here but I learned my lesson. If the lobby is closed the employees I don't want to serve me are working. I'll go else where

Hit or miss when they make sandwiches even though the quality is good I feel sometimes depending the mood you get messes like this... I'm on a tight schedule and it sucks there's not anywhere closer to my work.

Stopped at 13th Ave location at 8:40pm. Double checked online the hours said open til 9. Went up to door and the sign said open til 9 but the doors were locked. Tried the Main Ave location and that one was also closed. Why post hours if you're not going to follow them? It's just a loss of money.

Good food, fresh more often than not. The workers seem much more stressed than before & I kinda miss one, seb something or other. The people are freindly, I havent seen a manager working in 4 years.Vegetarian options: It has Green onion, banana pepper, spinach, tomato, pickle, black olives & a couple other veggies so you can make a salad.Parking: Parking surrounds the building, shated with another business. I dunno, maybe 16 or more parking spots just for subway?

Subway has pretty good bread and good ingredients but it's nothing special. Food was good and service was pretty good though we asked for less mayo on two sandwiches and thst didn't seem to have happened. Atmosphere is basic and bland but typically fairly clean.

Paid extra money for avocado and they didn't even put it on my sandwich. Just took the extra money and didn't give me what I paid for. The order before this, they put egg patties on my sandwich instead of steak which I had asked for. Not sure how you confuse steak for egg patties. When you order through doordash, it's not like you can just have them redo it.

Normally I really like subway,my gav.sandwich is the chicken,bacon,ranch with lettuce,pickles,olives,spinach&of course ranch. Ever since they changed to that horrible peppercorn ranch&no longer have it as a sandwich(you now have to order a grilled chicken sandwich and ADD bacon,for an additional charge of course)I don't visit as frequently.

My fiancé just got two sandwiches here. He ordered me an American club. The only things on the sandwich is meat, onion and mayo. We live in glyndon so im not going all the way back. If we order a sandwich off of the number menu I expect all ingredients on it unless specified. This is ridiculous.
