Came to get food before work and sat in line for 40 minutes after the girl on the intercom asked us to wait a moment. This place is always horrible either from wait, to food loosely thrown in, and missing food items. Honestly how is this establishment still open and turning a profit from all the other reviews?

Food was so nasty. Rice was hard everything was cold, the pop tasted of mold, due to NOT cleaning there equipment properly

The most disgusting food space I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe this is Taco Bell is allowed to operate safely. My food order was stolen for the pickup. Terrible experience

The glacial pace of evening drive-through service has become a truly disheartening reality, a stark consequence of management's persistent failure to adequately staff operations. To endure a grueling forty-five-minute wait from arrival to merely placing an order is to witness a profound breakdown in basic operational responsibility, a silent acknowledgment that the few visible employees are overwhelmed and under-supported. The endless line of cars, each driver’s hope slowly eroding with every passing minute, paints a dismal picture of a system stretched past its breaking point, all while the individuals capable of rectifying the situation remain conspicuously absent from the front lines, seemingly indifferent to the frustration they cultivate. This chronic understaffing isn't merely an oversight; it's a systemic dereliction of duty that crushes any lingering hope for efficient service, leaving only the bitter taste of wasted time and profound disappointment.

My order was taken by someone else and they couldn’t give me a refund. Worst customer service ever. They don’t care about their customers or what they think

Cinnamon Twists were so stale.
The food was your standard Taco Bell fare. The customer service here is pretty good though. It can get busy during late nights though

The people there really need a lesson in customer service instead of talking down to people as though they're idiots while not helping with a problem.

Haven't been to a Taco Bell in years.
I probably get food here 3 times a week or better. I think this Taco Bell is hands down the best Taco Bell in town. The food is better than any other location, and the staff is awesome, fun, and make the Drive-Thru experience and the sometimes long wait in line worth it. But that long line waiting to order food just goes to show that they are doing something right.
That being said, the 'In-Store' experience is a little different, especially if you want to order at the counter rather than using the Kiosks. You are made to feel like an Inconvenience or an annoyance, and thats if you can even get someone to acknowledge that you'd like to place an order in the first place. But when the food does come out, it's top notch Taco Bell fare.
