Way too long of a wait on Thursday 10/31/24. Restaurant was messy and the drink station didn't have lids of any size available. Customer service was non-existent as every member of the crew just avoided customers.

What happened to customer service. We had to call to get someone's attention to collect the money. The food took forever to come out and just seemed thrown together. They even forgot items.

Oh My Gosh.... After NDSU beat SDSU all fast foods were closed except Taco Bell. Drive up was long preorder was sent in, lobby was full of fans. Workers were filling orders at light speed. Glad that I was able to find food at 11:30 at night. Go Bison 🦬 Happy someone was open to make money.

Very rude employees, went in to order instead of drive thru and had some questions. Employees didn't like that. When got my order, employee basically threw my bag on the counter and just walked away. No thank you. Also screwed up my order. Won't go back

Always fast service, open late, and the employee(almost always a female) that does the drive thru until close always has a good attitude and appreciate you all being open late so I can come get food after work at the only place open. Keep up the good work! Food is also good(it’s tbell not fine dining)
