I placed an order through Door Dash today. Door Dash was great. Paid for Boss Bowl and did not receive it. Tried to call Taco John's 13th Ave location to get a credit. Tried calling over 13 times! No answer! Bad customer service. I realize businesses are understaffed. My ck # 1637 for this $69.38 order and, in my opinion, was not cheap. As I stated, food that was received was very good as usual. Door Dash was great. Boss Bowl only costs $8.63. It's the principle at this point. Poor customer service.

Online it says they are open from 7am-8pm, but when I called the store they told me their hours are 11am-4pm now. There were no signs anywhere outside stating that the hours changed and sometimes there's an employee inside while they are closed, so I've sat in the drive thru for 10+ minutes wondering why the person inside is not helping me without knowing they are closed. Some days they don't even open at all. At what point are they just going to close the place down? 6-7 times I've tried to get some tacos during what is supposed to be their business hours, and 6-7 they were closed.

I ordered while sitting in line was amazed how fast it went through By the time I got up to the speaker Was very pleased

Sucked!! 3 people standing around, 1 on his cell phone, and completely screwed up my 6 pack and a pound order. Asked for sour cream and no lettuce. Got the d*** cheese and lettuce. I live 20 miles out and so I tried to call. No answer. Go figure!!
Dietary restrictions: Asked for no lettuce, got lettuce on our soft shells. Husband can't eat it. Then 2 sides of Sour Cream and got the d*** cheese anyway.

Second time going here and being disappointed. First oles were completely rock solid. This time I got a meat and potato burrito. Not a salad burrito topped with 2 pieces chicken and 4 oles even after I said EXTRA chicken. Ridiculous. Not going back to this site. 32nd has been better quality wise.

I come threw drive thru at 6:30pm today 1/18/2023 and I am told they where closing in a few minutes and the open sign was on but they take the car in front of me is order then when I get to the speaker they tell me that they're closing

I go there often cuz unfortunately it's the closest one to my location. I have yet to ever order potato ole's that were not reheated and disgusting. This is the first bad review I've ever given but I'm just tired of going back there and getting the same old thing. I always hope for the best but I always ask for lightly seasoned fresh potato always and I always get cooked for the second time old nasty-tasting with extra seasoning potatos. Why can't we get them fresh if you want fresh potato always a do not visit this location.

The manager has zero people skills. Started yelling at me because they made my order wrong 2 times. How hard is it to have a taco with NO lettuce. I wouldn't return to this restaurant. Hardly ever open and rude to customers. Lots of better options. As to the mangers reply ..yes I'm sure I have it on video and YES it was this location. Close to Menards in West Fargo. Feel free to reach out for the details. It was a disaster. I would be firing everyone who was working on 12/20/22.

My sister had to go through twice and her order was still wrong. It's a simple order. Shouldn't be too hard. Especially after two times through.

Everytime I come here, I'm surprised that I don't get food poisoning. The taco meat isn't even lukewarm and the lettuce is basically liquid. I feel like I could consume these watery tacos through a straw. The service is usually fast & correct, and the Potato Oles are great if they're hot and well-seasoned.
