I placed an order through Door Dash today. Door Dash was great. Paid for Boss Bowl and did not receive it. Tried to call Taco John's 13th Ave location to get a credit. Tried calling over 13 times! No answer! Bad customer service. I realize businesses are understaffed. My ck # 1637 for this $69.38 order and, in my opinion, was not cheap. Best taco johns ever!! Went to three different locations and this is the only one open! Only two guys working, so busy yet they were still super nice!! I just wanted a breakfast burrito, and after 20 minutes of driving around I finally got my breakfast burrito!! I don’t know how it taste, if I’m being honest I don’t care at this point. The fact that they were open, and super sweet won me over !!!!!
This location has impressed me the most out of all the fast food places we have been to in the past few years. Every time we've gone, the drive thru has been unbelievably quick and the food is always accurate and fresh. It's confusing but delightful, haha! The management here should be very proud of their staff!!
