Best steak and onion soup that I've had in forever. I tried a Bison Ribeye and it was phenomenal. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Ty, she made sure we had what we needed and had a good dinner.

Food was awesome this was our second time coming. Our server told us she was new, I THINK her name was Ariel, but she was great and I hope to see her again when we come back. The calamari appetizer was 10/10 both times we got it. The steak was cooked the way I asked both times which is rare even at steakhouses. The crème brûlée needs to be a part of the permanent dessert menu. I shared it with my husband and later wished I had gotten my own 😂 .

Evangelene was our server on a Wednesday morning, now she had no idea, but we were having a difficult day and decided to stop for lunch. She was nothing but phenomenal, she was on top of it. She felt personable, kind, and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. The food was good, but her service really made the experience. If we ever have another weekday off, we will be going back to see her.

I’ve been here six times now, so this isn’t a one-night opinion.
Food? Solid. Not bad at all. Steaks are cooked right, sides do their job, and you’ll leave full. But it’s definitely on the expensive side. You feel it when the bill hits the table.
What really makes this place hit is the vibe.
Walk in and you’re surrounded by mounted animals staring at you like they’re judging your wine choice. It’s part steakhouse, part North Dakota safari museum. You don’t forget where you are. It leans into the rugged, oilfield-meets-big-game aesthetic and honestly… it works.
Service has been hit or miss.
One waitress in particular is dialed in. On top of drinks, timing is right, checks in without hovering. She moves like she owns the floor.
The others? It’s felt more like Applebee’s at the end of a double shift during rush hour. Not bad people. Just that slightly overwhelmed, “we’re surviving not thriving” energy.
So here’s the breakdown:
• Good steaks
• Pricey but consistent
• Strong atmosphere
• Service depends on who you get
When the right server is on your table, it feels like a legit upscale experience. When not, it drifts toward chain-restaurant pacing with a fancier bill.
Still worth going. Just hope you land in the right section.

Honestly, I don’t get what all the bad reviews are about. This was my first time going here I went around 4:00 on a Saturday and got the surf and turf. The steak was cooked good, the lobster was great, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Try it for yourself before judging!
I will go back for sure.

The only thing good was the water... clam chowder was vegetable soup salad was soggy at least three days old, I ordered the bison ribe by a medium well and burned more calories chewing on it.. my wife had a well done sirloin it was served bloody. They took it back to finish cooking it and came back with a beef jerky steak. I also told the hostess that it was my wife's birthday. Nobody came out to sing your happy birthday. not a friendly environment.
And seating felt like we were on display.

What an amazing restaurant! From the moment you walk in, the staff’s attention is incredible. The food is exquisite, the portions are perfect. I would come back again and again. From today on, this is my favorite restaurant in Williston. I wish I could give it 10 stars

Deja was the best ever server!
Almost 30 people and she took care of the table so well. With just a little bit of help, we all got served quickly and nothing was missing.

First, it wasn't very busy when we arrived. Appetizer orders were put in after drinks order. Then Main course was ordered. Main course came out and the 2 ribyeyes were one medium rare w/ asparagus and mashed. The other was medium with broccoli and loaded. They both came out medium rare with asparagus and mashed. Had to ask for our appetizers and then they were brought out. Then the right steak order came out.

4 times out of 5 over 2 years that I given this place a chance. 4 times I’ve set in the bar area booths, open seating. Service is very lazy and slow with a continuous bad attitude. This last time I went I paid my bill and gave the server an 50%tip and was told I had to leave because people had that particular table reserved. I had a drink menu in n my hand and my buddy was going to ask about dessert. My buddy traveled in from out of state and the server wouldn’t let us finish our conversation before he headed back. So I will not be back and I am going to tell everyone I know about the terrible service.
