I love Albertsons. I've only had great experiences with staff everytime I have shopped. once had a employee go in the back and cut up apples for my kids to eat. today I went in and for the first time was annoyed that there was only 2 lanes open with cashiers and right at Thanksgiving. they both had LONG lines so I went to self checkout. half way though the computer froze. the guy tried to help and thought he did. he walked away to help another customer (we both thought the issue was fixed) it wasn't. so I had to grab all my stuff and go wait in another self checkout line and start all over. as soon as he got a minute he came over and took $5 off my total as a way for apologizing for everything which I definitely appreciated since checkout took a half hour with wait times.

I've had good luck at Albertons overall. Definitely would go there before I go to the "Wally store"

If they had a half star would be more appropriate. Terrible service rude checkers. If can't take checks over 200.00 sorry I didn't think to have them take the other 200.00 worth of groceries back then make them run them through again. Just to write another 200.00 check. If not sure your customers checks are good get a check scanner but quit embarrassing your clients and NOT apologizing when they are GOOD.
