Walking in downtown Williston I stumbled upon a sign that reads "Latin Food" and i'm like: LATIN FOOD? WHERE?! Who knew you could find food from Honduras in middle of nowhere Williston? I had to investigate! I went inside and there was this cute little restaurant with a friendly staff. I ordered their fried chicken (comes with 2 sides: plantain chips & a cabbage salad), cheese fingers (without a doubt king of the cheese sticks!), and pasteles (huge beef filled pockets). Food was amazing, hot and fresh, huge portions, and reasonable prices. I received really fast and friendly service. Whatever you do, DON'T ignore the dipping sauces, they're AWESOME! Give Honduran food a try, it's delicious and you won't regret it.
