Really busy on Veterans day but did not have a long wait. Service was on point. Steak was cooked properly but nachos was lacking a little. Overall it was a great experience

One of the better experiences with Applebee's. Food was flavorful and well seasoned, chicken was juicy and tender, shrimp were not overcooked or chewy. Our server Alicia was absolutely amazing! Kept us laughing the entire time we were there. Consistent check ups on how our meal was going and drink refills. Will definitely be visiting again

I just have to say I am amazed by the customer service that was displayed at this establishment. Debbie (the manager) is absolutely amazing! There were a few things wrong with my to-go order so I called and she was on top of it. I took pictures of the things wrong with my order and went in. She was so nice and helpful then remade the entire order. I highly recommend this Applebee’s and if you ever have any trouble ask for Debbie! She truly is wonderful.

I love the food and the atmosphere is family friendly and great but the staff isn't the greatest I went a few times and every time our waitress would leave mid shift and not come back at all.
Vegetarian options: Not much besides salads
Dietary restrictions: Good option for gluten or dairy free people
Parking: As it is very busy the parking could be hard to find and it is a wrap around the building kind of lot but still it gets full.
Kid-friendliness: Good staff kind atmosphere not like any bad things or weird things happen at all great place for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Ok not really much but still recommended due to some tables being able to be accessible for wheelchair people.
We came in today and waited 20 minutes for the server. Apparently, our server disappeared just before we showed up, so our section had no server. Generally, service is great. The issues piled on, though, as because of the server leaving, they piled the work onto another server. We were here for nearly 2 hours. 1 and a half before we got our food. I wasn't even hungry by then, so I left the food portion of the review the same as last time. This was likely a 1 time thing though so I'll update the review next time I feel like coming by.

Terrible experience. Waited over an hour for our food. Items were missing when the food finally came. Steak was over cooked, by a long shot. And it wasn’t even busy. Rough night in the kitchen. Server Marina, she did GREAT! I understand things go crazy sometimes. We all have our off days. Keep your head up Marina! You’re doing great!

I got the special all you can eat riblets shrimp and wings Asian barbecue is pretty good everything else was all right too won't go back not worth it there is water on the floor for over half an hour no one cleaned it up just put a sign up saying watch out don't slip
