Do not use door dash when ordering from here. Half of my order did not arrive. After calling doordash and this resteraunt, no one offered to help. Do even bother

I was hired by this company to work in the kitchen, I was told I would get 35 hours a week, however I wasn't given a schedule and the management is horrible at getting you trained in a timely manner. Then the serving staff wants to belittle new hires, meanwhile the management dose nothing to correct this kind of behavior. I genuinely hope that somedau this restaurant becomes what Applebees normally is family frendly. I will be a customer for the food but not until I see some changes from the employees and management.

One of the worst Applebee’s we have ever gone to.first, our waitress didn’t write anything down. then got our order completely wrong. The people bringing out our food were very rude. my husband ordered a drink but didn’t get that till the end of the meal. The only good thing about this experience is we got a discount. We will never return to this Applebee’s again.Kid-friendliness: I had my kids there and they gave us our menu. Normally they have crayons this time they didn’t have anything for my kids to color on no big deal but it would’ve been nice to keep them busy until we got our food a half an hour later.

While sitting at the bar I ran out of drink the bartender that just started shift had been there 15 minutes was washing dishes going back and forth but kept hid back to me not checking on me . I asked Savannah the bartender that was getting ready to end her shift for another drink ,in a rude manner I was informed Josh would have to do it , I asked her to get Josh’s attention since he still had his back to me . She in a raised voice “ Josh get him a drink” Josh putts ice in a glass walks away. Time pass I asked Savannah was I going to get a drink or do I need to go elsewhere for a drink . She said in a very unprofessional manner If wanna go , go get your drink somewhere else. They will not be getting any more of my business .
