Saw the employee touch the trash can and start making a drink, found hair in my drink, asked for tips. Asked me to shake the drink itself when it should already be shaken. Very disappointing. Very bad hygiene practice. Hope management can make some sort of changes.

It tastes good, but it would be hard to make something with that much syrup taste bad. The Boba is very.. odd. It's EXTREMELY unsanitary, and honestly, to get a drink there is a risk as it is easy to get sick from their products. I knew somebody who had to go to the ER because the drink made them so sick..

I have had multiple drinks from this shop while having my nails done and the shop and equipment are meticulous! The drinks are also very good and I have never gotten sick! It is sad that unhappy people post untruths. I highly recommend this shop!
