Figure after 2 years Buffalo wild wings would have there crap together!!! yep glad the drinks where ok cause the food still is terrible!! soggy nachos and cold, wings dry and not good, fried pickle was not cook all the way.. so sad to pay a lot for gross food. waitress was pretty good

Everytime I come in I can never get any service I'm always waiting up to 30-60 minutes no matter if it's slow so I started ordering online to pick up and no one ever comes out to help this is a joke definitely recommend this place if u want to waste time -10/10 highly don't recommend this place at all

I do not understand how this location is still in business. All you do is throw some wings, fries, mozzarella sticks and onion rings in a fryer. And toss the wings in sauce. How in the 10 years they’ve been open, their kitchen hasn’t improved is ABSOLUTELY WILD to me! Waste of my time. EITHER GO OUT OF BUSINESS OR DO YOUR JOBS AND HIGHER REAL KITCHEN STAFF

I have had a lot of bad experiences at BWW. Long wait times, poor service, old food. However, we gave them another shot and they are improving. Our server Isaiah took great care of us and the food was good. It was also a Saturday night so not a slow night. If you stopped going like me, give them another shot. They are improving.

called 4 times and not a single answer. figured there phone might not be working, went inside and called and it rang, and every employee ignored it. everytime i do a pickup order the chicken is either super dry and over cooked, or they don’t put any sauce on it like i ask

I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings, hoping for some decent wings and a cold beer. Let’s just say the beer was the highlight of the experience, which says a lot. The food? Meh. Overcooked wings, soggy fries—basically what you'd expect when the focus is clearly not on the kitchen.
Now, onto the truly unique feature of this visit: the bartender casually stored her breast milk in the beer cooler, probably next to your future Corona. I’ll admit, it’s not every day you see that, and I’m all for multitasking moms...but maybe let’s keep the personal dairy inventory separate from the drinks!! Honestly, though this is a reflection on BWW for not properly supplying their employees with an area for proper storage!!
If you’re here for the food, maybe rethink it. If you’re here for the beer, it’s cold and consistent, so cheers to that!

I ordered a 30 piece traditional wings online, and I had an issue with my order. I got 30 drums in my order wtf? Who wants that? I got dressed and drove all the way to Buffalo Wild Wings just to have the girl at the register dismiss my issue. She tried to tell me that it’s random that I would get 30 damn drums. I talked to the manager and she said she would fix it. When I got my new order, I looked and I can tell that they didn’t make me a new order like she said they would. They just threw 5 flats on top. I saw some in the box and went home happy. I didn’t notice that it was the same order with a few new wings on top. When I got home and realized that o still basically had all drums I was highly upset. I didn’t take the 15 min drive to BWW for a second time. Avoid this place if you can. I spent $50 just to throw food away
