Too loud. Asked for mac and cheese for grandson. They brought him white mac and cheese. The waiter didn't come and refill my water. Just lousy service Stood at door for at least 8 mins before a staff came and spoke with me.

The place was very dirty, flies everywhere. Waited 45min for some wings and fries my baby was screaming and crying this whole time cuz she was hungry. So if youre hungry and have kids dont go there youre gonna be waiting for hours.

The wings are huge. Asked for extra sause and it came swimming in sauce. A little excessive if you ask me. The paper take out containers are not practical for stuff with that much sauce the container fell apart.

Ordered 10 traditional wings and a fountain pop for pickup. Wings were skin and bones. no meat. Felt like national lampoons Christmas turkey. Thanks but no thanks Bdubs. I was disappointed. Staff was nice. New sauces were good.

I’m talking we where here for 2 hours, got our appetizers after 45 mins, no refills for 2 hours, spilt my water on the floor never got cleaned up, no food for 2 hours, my food specifically terrible (other then the fry’s) out of all 4 of my friends, no ice in our water when we ended up getting refills, I mean I don’t mean to be petty but these guys gotta do something different, ultimately the food, the wait, and the service was so bad, they ended up giving us a full free meal, thanks for that, and the waiter was nice so thanks to her, other then that, I would not recommend.
I was there a moment ago and waited for more than an hour and they never served me, but what bothers me the most is that they never stopped serving people who consume alcohol, but they never served families who don't consume alcohol. Very bad service. They should coordinate their employees better. Thank you.

Only one employee running around doing their job and is getting tired out to where he cant remember our stuff .... been here over 40mins and just now getting our drink, 20 for them to finally realized we aint been helped....

My husband and had an early lunch there Monday and we had the most amazing service I’ve had ever!! Our server Ashley J. Was absolutely delightful my ice tea stayed full and she was on top of everything!!! They are lucky to have her there we will definitely be back to see her again!!!!!
