I have had a lot of bad experiences at BWW. Long wait times, poor service, old food. However, we gave them another shot and they are improving. Our server Isaiah took great care of us and the food was good. It was also a Saturday night so not a slow night. If you stopped going like me, give them another shot. They are improving.
Food was good but the server was the one who really made my visit enjoyable. She had a sense of humor and I appreciated her honesty when I asked her a few questions and she was very patient when I hesitated to order a side. She was quick with drink refills and wedge fries were delivered quickly and hot when I finally ordered them. I definitely recommend and will be going back frequently.
Ordered to go with 4 different sauces and got 5 that were completely naked, no sauce at all, that were supposed to have some. Also one of the chicken wings was a literal sliver, not a wing or drum at all.
