Absolutely disappointed with this shop. All ice cream is made in shop and they didn’t have the signature ice cream. I am so annoyed and upset as I wait for a long wait only for them not to have them.

I’m not sure if you have quality control issues or if there is a lack of training. But the quality consistency just gets worse instead of better. I ordered through door dash tonight and I was sent the wrong size/container. Not only does this suck because it was supposed to be a pint container for us share out during the week. They sent it in a container that would cause freezer frost on the ice cream. Instead of using a bigger container if one was available that was meant for storage if you ran out of the other one. Not only was that poor judgement but also the containers were all not wiped off so ice cream was all over the place in the bag, on the containers and dripping. Just show your people to care for their customers and not cut corners.

My first time at this particular location service was good
Today, my grandmother passed away.I wanted something sweet. SoI ordered through the Coldstone app. And this is the 3rd time they've messed up my order. So when I called I told the young lady what happened. Her response to me was "what you want me to do?" Like seriously, I paid for a service with only 3 simple items. I had to leave the comfort of my home for a refund. To top it off, the parking lot was empty. So, how did you miss a sweet cream ice cream with double the yellow cake. HOOOWWWW!!!!!!!!!And I had to pay for delivery. Come on, y'all have to do Better

Site & sign on the door says they close at 10- the girls working the night of April 23, 2023 had the store locked up before 9. They just laughed. First (and probably last) time I'll go to the Williston location again.
Great icecream and a friendly staff.
It was before closing and the girls locked the door on us and refused service. Worst cold stone I have been too.
