Cold Stone Creamery

Meant to post this earlier but my husband and I stopped by Cold Stone- (we love the brand)! on our way to our home to Fargo . And I must say that I just love the opportunity the owners of this store give to our bright beautiful hard workers of tomorrow -today lol. Sad to see the review posted just before mine. As I had the opportunity to be waited on by Rubin and I thought she was lovely, very goal oriented, and hard working. The store was clean , the brand was consistent. Keep up the great work kids!!!.

I highly suggest the chopped hair red head little girl be spoken to by management and instructed on how to interact with the public! She is rude and completely unprofessional, she wouldn’t even let me get my order out of my mouth without interrupting me. Then grabs my order chops it 3 time rolls it and throws it in a cup and walks away while I’m paying. Literally had to go home and redo it! It’s chopped for a reason! Beyond trashy attitude.

The second worker was amazing and she was so sweet but the worker named ruben was so rude taking my order. She was giving dirty looks and didnt say a word to me the entire time. Im very dissapointed coming here considering i used to come here all the time and it was great. Ive never had problems with any of the workers but this experience wasnt in my books for the night.

My friend and I came here tonight and they were open and we noticed to workers in the back when we first walked in no workers came and helped us we sat in the cold stone for 20min waiting and no workers came and helped us so we left and e noticed the two workers messing around not caring and not helping us! I’m super disappointed in this we only went tonight because I was going. Through some stuff and though maybe some good cold stone ice cream would help but no it ruined my whole night!

Love this place the customers are amazing and the ice creams are a must havee!

Waited 15 minutes in line. Most the staff were walking around not helping the guy in front of me. Then I’m up next just for them to tell me they don’t have milk for shakes. Always 50/50 coming here. I’m never impressed with the service. If the service is gonna be extremely slow please put up a sign when you’re out of stuff like milk so we don’t have to wait around. Thanks.

Employees not wearing gloves, watched them make ice cream sandwiches dropping them and still putting them in packages.

Amazing ice cream, friendly staff, a bit of a wait but that’s all, it’s worth the wait

Wish I could give zero stars. Second time going to this one a service sucked both times. Staff standing around not doing their job. Then with check out they tried to not give change. Not very friendly. One girl standing around talking to some boy instead of waiting on customers.

The guy ringing me up this evening was rude when I didn’t realized I pulled my card out too early.

I just had to leave a review. It was just so fascinating how these two young ladies were doing such an amazing job. They’re so professional and can I see they are so clean During rush hour, they had probably about 20 people in line waiting for her their taste of dessert and these young ladies each time they make an order to go Check you out they will change their gloves each time they handle the cash register which was so amazing. I appreciate that and I definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.!!!

Got pre scooped ice cream that was freezer burnt.

cold stone ice cream… THE BEST ICE CREAM IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE GRATE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE THEY ARE REALLY NICE AND

Absolutely disappointed with this shop. All ice cream is made in shop and they didn’t have the signature ice cream. I am so annoyed and upset as I wait for a long wait only for them not to have them.
