Overall a good place to eat. Normally I would give them a 5 but the last time I picked up lunch there something went wrong. The person behind me got their food before me. 10 minutes later my food comes out and my shake has partially melted.
My other visits have been solid but this one was annoying because I don’t get many days off and I had places to be.

Took 30+ minutes to get my food watched multiple people come after me come in and get their food before me. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried getting a triple bacon cheeseburger and they have not got it right. This time it was extremely cold as the last 2 times. Don’t ever feel like waiting 30 minutes to get it fixed so I just got robbed on 3 patties
This was our first time eating at a Culver's, our expectations were high as everyone had bragged on how great they were.. was very disappointed in our burgers, the meat was very thin, half of what I expected from looking at the picture on the menu board.. if we go back we will try the fish sandwich instead...
