We had to repeat our order 4 times. They still got the order completely wrong. Missing food, and didn't put anything on the burgers when we asked for the works. A crabby staff member argued with us when we tried to tell them it was wrong. Wont be going back.

Food? Phenomenal, people? Depressed. Atmosphere? Well, when everyone there seems to hate themselves and probably each other (the food runner definitely hates literally everyone) the Atmosphere is ... I was depressed at the point to where I can't even describe the atmosphere other than good burgers, people flippin love burgers. I do too.Wheelchair accessibility: Probably
This is the best fast food burger joint in town. including places I have been to. The better burger value basket is great. The service is always great. They take it out to you. Their ice cream is good, not the best but good. I personally don't like the mixer type ice creams, though, so it is biased. Theirmilk shakes are amazing, though. Parking spots are easy to get. The road to get there isn't the greatest though as it's a frontage road. Most of the pot holes are fixed.Parking: Plenty of spots. A couple are handicap.Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the family they have booths too if you like those kinds of tables.

Javier went above and beyond helping me and my family during our quick lunch. I would not expect much from a fast food service, nothing more than a smile or a greeting, but Javier made some good conversation, helped my siblings with our orders, greeted each customer, and shook my hand. This is the kind of thing that wins customers over from the other places, thanks for the great service
