Today was a rough one I had to unexpectedly put my dog down after finding cancer everywhere in her poor body. The vet staff was so incredible I wanted to bring cookies and a card before I made the trip back home so I went in mid homecoming chaos and ordered 5 dozen cookies for the staff at western. The owners were more than happy to fresh bake 5 dozen cookies for me on the fly to take and even helped me carry the order out! I don’t know if you can understand the chaos of trying to get ready for an offsite event and have some crazy lady come in asking for a huge order an hour before closing with her eyes swollen shut but they rose to the occasion and then some! For that customer service alone 10/10 but the cookies are incredible! I took some home to help ease the heartache for my son when I had to tell him the bad news! On top of the amazing service those cookies are amazing! I can’t recommend them enough!

Best cookie and best milkshake in town. Yes, I only buy once in a while as a treat, but every time we visit, they never disappoint. Friendly staff, clean environment, staff shoes you the product before giving the box to the customer. Overall great experience.

Start having more inventory. When you’re down to one type of cookie an hour before close, that’s not something that happens instantly from one person, it happens overtime. It’s a constant thing where you’re out of cookies

I only like one cookie they have (The Reverse) but it's not because the others are bad, I personally dint like the other flavor mixtures; I dont like fruit, mint, or caramel. I always look for peanut butter and chocolate.

My sister moved to ND from VA, since I can't see her for her Bday, I got her cookies delivered and she said they were amazing! They even wrote Happy Birthday on the box! ? thank you so much! I can't wait to try them myself when I visit! ❤️
