A friend ordered several items and asked me to pick it up, when I got to the store I gave the older gentleman behind the counter the name on the order and he gave me a pizza. I asked about the rest of the items and he said that was all that was ordered so I said thank you and left. My friend showed me the online receipt and then called the store, the same man answered the phone and said that I never asked for the rest of the order which was obviously a lie but also ridiculous considering I should have to ask for the entire order

Change your hours, we got screwed ordering last night. You close at midnight but your google says 1am. So that allowed us to submit an uber eats order even though you are not open. Sat here waiting an hour for pizza to find out when I call that you are closed. Brutal

Domino’s in Williston is pretty good for the most part. Like most busy spots around here, it can be a little hit or miss depending on the day and who’s working. But when they’re on, the pizza is hot, fresh, and actually tastes like real food — not just a greasy circle of disappointment like some of the other places in town.

They usually get the order right, the crust has flavor (especially the garlic seasoning), and the delivery is pretty fast compared to local standards. It’s not gourmet, but it doesn’t pretend to be. And honestly? It’s one of the more reliable chain options in Williston when you want something decent and don’t feel like gambling with your appetite.

I had the worst experience with dominos today. I ordered 6 medium pizzas (3 cheese and 3 pep) plus 1 gluten free at 1:30pm with a delivery time of 4:45. My order somehow got lost on route and then suddenly appeared COLD almost an hour later. The manager didn’t even help or talk to my husband. Instead some guy told him “ well don’t order pizza on a Sunday”

I’m glad I got a full refund but I had some not happy people at my party eating COLD PIZZA I ORDERED WAY AHEAD OF TIME. I understand if I placed an order at 4:30 and expected my pizza within 20 minutes. But what happened tonight was absolutely BS.

Ordered 3 pizzas. All supposed to have the garlic crust but they did not come that way. Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, Philly cheese steak and wisconsin 6 cheese. All were very dry.

I will not support Williston Domino's. Their regional manager believe that our local police beat up protesters. Our local police officers put thier lives on the line everyday and this guy is spreading hate. We have enough going on in our life we dont need this kind of negativity.

Used to be decent but something must have changed in the past few months. The past 5+ times I've ordered from here, there's been something wrong. Pizzas are either doughy, put together without care, cut haphazardly, long wait times, missing items, instructions (extra cheese, etc) ignored....you get the picture. This last time solidified my decision to no longer order from them. Pizza arrived in very obviously crushed box, delivery guy didnt act like there was even a problem at all when he could clearly see how messed up it was. Couldn't salvage it, just threw it away. Called for a refund and they sent an email for a free pizza instead, which is useless considering theyre just going to send that pizza equally as messed up as past pizzas. I had to call again and ask for the refund AGAIN when the transaction finalized on my account instead of being canceled. Do yourself a favor and order from pizza hut or something.

Ordered through the app, which has the tracker to update you on progress, after a hour and a half, I called because the tracker hadn't changed. They told me it would be about another hour still. Absolutely no reason pizza should take 2.5 hours ever. Checked my hallway for the hell of it after more than 2 hours had passed, just in case they just left it on the ground, no pizza. Checked again half an hour later, and there was my food on the floor of my apartment hallway. Nobody had knocked, my dog would've been way too excited for visitors for me to not know. Worst service I've ever had from a pizza place.

They were slow. The guys were talking in the back saying my order was gonna take another hour but once they knew I was in store they said it would take 20 minutes. The guy told me to hold on when my food had already been sitting there for 10+ minutes. The food was the only good experience. The staff was very rude.
