Used the app to order dinner. It was quick and prompt. My son went inside to grab the food and was impressed how the staff treated him. They offered to help him to the car and asked him how his day was going. He said everyone was really happy working together and created a fun atmosphere. The food was awesome and nothing was over or undercooked. We will return soon.
Messed up the order over the phone and was very great about it! They paid for the right order and let me keep the other one. I really appreciated their attitude and effort to get it sorted out.
I’ve only ever had great experiences here over the years, so I don’t know what the bad reviews are all about. Sometimes when the demand is high it takes a while to fulfill an order—but you just call the local location & they’ll give you a status update. They’ve never messed up my orders & they are always friendly on the phone.
