The birria is pretty good! I’ll be honest and say it’s not nearly as good as what I’ve had in Texas, but it was pretty close. My drink (crown and coke) was pretty good as well. Would definitely come back and try the other foods.

This place is legit! I walked in with my son and realized it was a pub and they don’t allow minors. We were about to find another place to each when Anthony came up to us and asked if we wanted to order some food to go. Of course we said yes! We drove around the back of the building to order. We only waited a few minutes before the food was ready. Anthony even walked it out to our vehicle for us! The service was amazing and the food was incredibly delicious! We will definitely be back next time we are in Williston. Thanks again!!!

Don Chebo is the only place to get truly authentic mexican food here in Williston. I love the burritos and queso birria tacos, all their meals are delicious! Great food, friendly staff and quick service! I highly recommend this place!

Wow just tried this place today for the first time, I have been missing out. This has to be some of the best Mexican food in the area.
I ABSOLUTELY recommend this food establishment. This guy knows what he’s doing. Best Mexican food in Williston in my opinion. 👌🏽
