I sat there for 10 mins waiting to be acknowledged in the pick up area. While my online order was for 5 I got there at 5:30 expecting it to be on the shelf and I had to wait to ask for my order. I asked if everything was in there and she said yes I got home and only half the order was in there….

I ordered my sandwich and waited quite a bit until it was time for the condiments. I observed the young fella putting on the condiments for the people in front of me. He was over saturating the sandwiches with the oil and vinegar. My turn comes and I normally get the lettuce but declined it since some of it was brown. When it came time for the oil and vinegar . I stopped him when he was putting it on my sandwich for both. When I got ready to eat it. It was still overloaded with the oil and vinegar. So of course my sandwich wasn't the greatest. The sad thing is there was a girl there watching him which I assumed was the on duty manager. And she didn't correct him on what he was doing wrong. The atmosphere was like . Make the sandwich get the customers out the door. The girl was polite though and said have a nice day.

The staff today was very very helpful very friendly. They allowed me to get a sample of the meat from a sandwich that I was hesitant to try without knowing what I was getting. It was fantastic. I ended up with the Philly steak and cheese and they made it to my specifications. Top-notch it is a deli so it is not a black tie event, but it’s not the garbage you get at most fast food places either.

A Big Shout Out to the Williston night crew. We came right when they were closing and cleaning up. Without hesitation they were ready to make us some sandwiches. Food was great and the crew was on point and funny. Thank you. Much better than the day crew😉

I've been ordering for pickup for awhile now and lots have. Why the sudden change to not being able to call in a order is strange to me. But other then that love this place!

I have celiac (gluten allergy) and never eat out because of it, I got told by an employee that I would be taken care of it I went and he was not wrong at all, they took a lot of precaution and even went as far as going to the back to get my produce so it wasn’t cross contaminated. Eating out is a luxury that I miss alot so it was really cool to have that experience again, I’ll be back!

Service is good. People are friendly. Store looks nice. But. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE THE BREAD IS STALE OR DAY OLD. There is NO FRESH BREAD HERE. I see other reviews that say the same thing. This is the LAST TIME I eat here.

Hey Jersey Mikes. HOW HARD IS IT FOR YOU TO MAKE FRESH BREAD??? It is really annoying that we finally get a JM here in Williston and IT SUCKS.

IF THE BREAD IS STALE, THROW IT AWAY OR DONATE IT. STOP GIVING US CUSTOMERS STALE BREAD. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

And to you Connor, I see you replying to other people's reviews. DO NOT BOTHER. I DO NOT WANT YOUR LAME FREE VOUCHERS. I WANT YOU TO BE A BETTER MANAGER AND MAKE THE FREAKING BREAD FRESH.

Awesome subs ? I would say they are better than subway the service is great and nothing can ruin my mood when at Jersey Mike's!

Parking: The location is a small lot shares with 2 or 3 other popular spots. The spots are very small and crammed doors will get dinged.
