I absolutely love Jimmy John sandwiches. They are always delicious! The customer service is amazing! The one time I had a small problem Nancy fixed it freaky fast!! When I called to ask for assistance she was already on my order and knew who she was talking to. It’s rare to get such customer service!! Love it here!! Thank you Nancy!!

Got order wrong, took sandwhich back and employee seemed disintereded in helping. Was given a tip pre sandwhich.. Forgot avocado.. Gace me the tiniest cup of avocado for a 16" sub to make it right.. I like jimmy John's.. But wasnt impressed this day.

Every time I come here they are super nice and very polite. The manager is amazing. I was having issues with my card not wanting to work with the Apple Pay and She was so patient and we got it figured out I'll definitely be a Jimmy John's customer over subway any day.

It was amazing to have such good service right before they were closing. We ordered 30 minutes before getting there and Jarred the employee made it right on time. And due to them closing offered us bread to go along with our sandwiches that were perfectly made.

Honestly not super impressed, my sandwich came with more bread & lettuce than anything. & this is now the 2nd time it's happened. Pretty disappointing for someone to spend $20 on basically bread. Especially when this is supposed to be what your eating in the field for the next 18+ hours. The guy who delivers is always super nice though.

I door dashed a sandwich from here and long story short, the staff went above and beyond to help me get my sandwich. I am having a bad flare up where I am bed ridden and I was counting on the sandwich to help me keep down my pain meds. I appreciate the staff for helping me get my sandwich even after all the mishaps, they came through.Thank you so so much! I appreciate your effort!Also, the sandwich was amazing!
