The girls who work the window are extremely rude. I work in food service and I know how it should be and they’re making you guys look bad. It’s usually around 3:15 PM so whoever those girls are very rude.

I mean, it's KFC so...lol the food and the flavor has not changed in 30 years. I like the consistency of the food, the employees sometimes seemed a little irritated but I understand why, it's fast food. My biggest problem with KFC in general is that it is very expensive. I might as well eat out at a restaurant with my family and spend just as much and get more food. But it's great for a craving or for lunch.

Why have a lobby if youre not gonna be open. Second time coming and same issue. Not everyone wants to eat in a truck or car. Get it together...Because now i went to another restaurant to eat and spend $20 wirh them instead. Glad this doesnt happen in Texas KFCs.

I ordered a 12 piece extra crispy dark meal. I received a 10 piece meal. 5 legs 2 thighs and 3 breast. I work over an hour away so wasn't able to go back. Very disappointed that not only did I pay for a 12 piece but also received piece of chicken that won't get ate.

Never had a bad experience at KFC until today. Ordered an 8 piece with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The condition of the chicken itself is enough to only give it 2 stars. Crush was soggy and falling off the chicken. I pulled it out and discovered the whole bottom of the bucket was full of grease and water. Apparently they got in a rush and just threw it from the fryer straight in the bucket and moisture got it.Also it would be nice to get some silverware since I've asked on 3 different occasions and it hasn't happened yet.

So 3 weeks ago we ate here and ordered a 16 piece bucket of chicken legs no problem worked 12 hr today in this cold weather we are tired and really hungry and was going to ordered the same thing and was told we can't order a bucket of just legs i would really like to get the owners number and ask them if they know their employees are running there store this way or would like to see if its a company policy that we can't really confuse or is it just laziness?

The food here has greatly improved in recent years. Also, the staff is extremely nice.
Was told it was near closing time would not sell me twenty nuggets, kinda went threw the menu didn't have anything, finally we agreed on a large mash& gravy 8 piece all dark. Drove home 80 miles away, had a large mash and gravy, and a three piece original all dark snack couldn't eat the biscuit was way too old.

Foods normally ok. Service is normally trash, order is never right. Been going here for years and it's never gotten any better or worse. Just kind of junk service never getting your order right. Fast food is such a hard job I understand why I can't get 12pc of chicken in 12pc meal I order. 7 PC will do for the family thank you!
